The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views, but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side opens up to tropical breezes and a panoramic vista. Black out curtains allow you to sleep late in the morning or have a siesta when in the mood.
This cheery studio apartment was recently renovated with travetine floors throughout including the bathroom, a new flat screen TV and high speed internet There is original artwork throughout and you certainly know you're in the Caribbean. Great 1st Trip to PR
Both my wife & I enjoyed staying at the beachfront studio unit for 5 nights - the room was cozy, well-decorated and clean. the beachfront terrace and view really make the stay that much more enjoyable. Eric provides guests with plenty of towels, linens and kitchenware as well. He is available for questions and provides plenty of information before you head out to PR for your vacation.

Great location and beach.
I highly recommended this place to my friends. Great location for exploring San Juan while on the beach...not just the water. Old San Juan is just a $.75 bus (T21). Many great restaurants in walking distance, CVS and Walgreens at end of block. Very safe street, always at least one police officer. Unit was clean, well equipped and had awesome views.

We loved our stay at Eric’s place! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well stocked with anything you may need. The view of the beach and ocean from the large windows and balcony is amazing. We definitely hope to be back next year.

Immaculate!
The condo is not only adorable with a Caribbean decor, it had everything one needed to feel at home. Kitchen was very functional, king bed very comfortable, ocean front balcony to watch over Condado Beach. Location was amazing, and we could easily walk to grocery store, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, and so much more. It was also very clean! Great place to stay for 2 people, and no stress to get around.

San Juan Memorial Day Vacation
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view from the the room was surreal. Eric, the owner, was so very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay!
The location is perfect even with the street parking. Beautiful beach view. We loved waking up every morning opening the curtains and doors and listening to the breaking waves. The condo was bright and open and just enough space and amenities for my husband and I. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Perfect location
This condo is directly on the beach as advertised. Its an older bldg, but this unit was updated and very comfortable. We used the kithchen to eat in a couple nights, but there are some fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance. We will be back.

A++ experience
This was my 2nd time staying in Eric's apartment and both experiences have been excellent. You will not find a better view anywhere. The apartments are very secure, well maintained, quiet and stocked with just about anything that you need. The building staff is also incredibly pleasant and quickly jump in to assist with any questions or issues. I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed my stays. I will be back.
