This brick, fully outfitted, central air-conditioned year round cottage near. The cottage is 200 yards from both our private association park on Lake Macatawa AND the Holland State Park beach on Lake Macatawa. PLUS only 1/2 mile from the Lake Michigan beaches at Holland State Park and 1 mile to Tunnel Park. Cottage has 1 bath with ceramic tile shower, complimentary washer/dryer, 58' LED TV, WIFI Internet access from May through Sept, Charter cable TV, DVD, and VCR. Cottage sleeps 6-7 comfortably: 1 bedroom with queen size bed; 1 bedroom with full/twin bunk; and queen size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Shaded fenced-in yard for kids, large deck, picnic table, Weber gas grill, campfire pit, attached 1 stall garage with large parking area. Plenty of room to park your boat.
You can walk to dinner at the renowned Ottawa Beach Inn and the the General Store.
Miles and miles of paved bike paths starting at cottage. State boat launch and fish cleaning station is 1/2 mile away.
My cleaning lady will provide linens and towels including beach towels for an additional $50 charge. Contact me after booking if desired.
Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday during the peak summer months.

Great location
Very convenient getting to the state park beach; the house is right next to the rail trail. Riley trails aren't too far away for mountain biking or hiking either. A nice little 2 bedroom with everything you need.

Cozy home, great location, wonderful hosts
Had a wonderful week in Holland. House was very quaint and conveniently located near beach, trails, food, and Lake Macatawa. Owners were very friendly, responsive, and helpful during our stay. Make sure to walk the Mount Pisgah trail loop just up the road. Do it in reverse towards Holland State Park if you’re looking for the challenge of going up the 239 steps rather than down! Would highly recommend staying here, and hope to go back again.

Clean and Welcoming Vacation House
This was our second time staying here. Just like the first time, we really appreciated how responsive Bob was to any questions and felt he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! We love the location and the house both of which were perfect with little kids. Thanks, Bob!!

Anticipated our needs
My family loved the cottage. It was a perfect place to have quiet time with my granddaughter. Bob anticipated our need for a.high chair and was very responsive to any calls we made. The location was good too. Just around the corner from the state park but still close to downtown activities in Holland. I hope we have a.rweason to return soon.

Wonderful location near Lake Michigan
Bobs place was Dutch clean and perfect for what we needed. We took our bikes and rode to the state park. Walked to restaurants and ice cream shop. Thanks Bob!

State Park Cottage
What a wonderful cottage! I grew up I the area, but had never seen the inside of this house. Clean and comfortable, definitely on my SHORT list of place to stay again!
