Looking for that perfect house in that perfect location? Casa del Mar is a beautiful contemporary home on the mainland of Belize. It is in a quiet neighborhood where you have all your privacy but close enough to explore all the Belize attractions, and city life. Casa del Mar has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms each with their private bath and air conditioning. The Master suite is on the 2nd level and has a little balcony where you can wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the water. The main living area has a full set up kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a dining table to sit 8 comfortably, an entertainment center with TV, sound bar for your Iphone, and a large selection of DVDs. Steps from the living area, just open the sliding glass doors to a large beautiful deck, and swimming pool. After a long day of exploration, the outside area is a great place for a cool dip, and a nice dinner from the BBQ grill that is provided. The house is only 5 minutes from the airport and Ladyville has plenty supermarkets, fresh vegetable markets, 'and plenty of restaurants to visit. Belize City is about 15 minutes from the home, so you still have access to more restaurants, and night life. There are Mayan Sites, baboon sanctuary, the zoo, cave tubing, and so much more that can be experienced with day trips from the home. Rent a car and get a discount with our preferred car rental company. The home is a perfect private oasis for you and up to 5 of your family members or friends. Come home, relax and enjoy.

Amazing Property
We were greeted at the airport by Rene and he led us to the house. It is very close to the airport, which helped to make a long day of travel easier. The property was just as it was advertised. We loved the pool and watching the sun rise in the morning. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus for packing lite. The kitchen had a fair amount of supplies and everything was clean. We enjoyed the eclectic art work and having so many TV channels was great for my husband. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was perfect for doing day trips to Caye Caulker, Altun Ha, and Corozal. I would recommend this property to anyone and return without reservations.

Great location and beautiful home
We really loved our stay here. We wanted to drive ourselves to the Mayan ruins because we are a family of 6 and couldn’t afford to spend the money trying to ge there from the islands. So we stayed here! It is literally 10 minutes from the airport. 45 minute drive to Altun Ha ruins, and then 2 hours to Lamanai. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here if you want a nice place that is close to those things but still on the water.

A Great Place To Stay
I visited BELIZE for the first time on 11/24/18 for a week, stayed in this house it was beyond my expectation a great place to stay. Looking forward to next year.if you going to Belize check this place out.
