There are two private bedrooms with queen size beds. One bathroom, dining area(roof top patio), kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, pans and pots, plates, silverware etc. Prepare a hearty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with such essentials, such as coffee, tea, seasoning, etc. Enjoy with your friends or family on the roof top patio.
Lounge in the living room and watch your favorite TV shows on the flat screen TV, or rest comfortably in either of the bedrooms where TV's are provided. Bring along your laptop, free WIFI throughout the property.
You will receive the comforts of home with a supply of shampoo, soaps, paper products, hair dryer, bath towels, and linens. Washer/dryer for your comfort right in the condo.
Daily Housekeeping is offered and it is suggested to allow housekeeping at least every 3 days.
After a long day of fun activities, come home to hang out and share a bottle of wine on the welcoming roof patio, or relax on the front veranda, and watch neighbors walk by. Fire up the BBQ and throw steaks on the grill. Gather around the table for a relaxed meal with family and friends.

Fabulous Stay
James and Audrey are wonderful hosts. They even invited us to dinner one night to enjoy a typical Belezian dinner, which was delicious. The apartment was perfect with a western size refrigerator and stove with oven. James was kind enough to provide not only 5 gallons of drinking water but also a local cell phone so that we would have a way to stay in contact with him without using out of country cell phones. They provide secured parking and are very attentive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Thank you James and Audrey for a wonderful 14 day stay!

Clean, relaxing stay for weary travelers
We stayed at James and Audrey's condo on our last night in Belize due to its proximity to the international airport. It was easy to arrange a taxi to and from the rental. We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable, and functional, and especially loved the patio view. It slept three comfortably, as there is a sofa in the living room which serves as a bed. James was very hospitable and even arranged for us to have dinner at a neighbor's home restaurant. Elana is a great cook and wonderful company, we even met some of her family and neighbors while we were there and truly enjoyed the visit. Elana also serves breakfast and lunch. Since we did not have a rental car and the home is fairly far from stores, this meal arrangement worked out very well and provided a fun local experience. James also provided us with a large container of drinking water, which we appreciated. We would definitely recommended James and Audrey's for travelers to the Ladyville area, and also recommend meals at Elana's.
