Description
This charming, modern style rental is located in a quiet setting, just outside of Belmopan, the capital of Belize, beside the spectacular "Roaring River" with 70 yards of riverfront.
The gated 8 acre property is surrounded by lush vegetation , many native and coconut trees as well a variety of tropical fruit trees like mango, figs, papaya, limes, guava, mulberries, starfruit and many more- our guests are encouraged to harvest and enjoy the fruits if in season.
This private rental setting includes a swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a separate bathroom.
Washer and dryer are also on site. WiFi available in the whole area.
This accommodating facility is a modern duplex with two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top, dining and living room ( approx 720 sqf ) with a good sized front patio. The rental has AC, WiFi and 13 feet high ceiling. Perfectly suited for couples or a small group of friends or family traveling together.
If needed there is also a one bedroom poolside house on the same property for rent
Our guests are welcome to use the open recreation area with an outdoor kitchen, a gas BBQ including a sitting/dining space which provides a possibility for outside cooking, or for a BBQ party with friends. Guests can truly relax and enjoy the natural beauty with the comfort of the best climate in the Caribbean.

Great pool, house, and people
We had a wonderful 4 day stay here. The pool is awesome. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, and the grounds were beautiful. The owners and family were super friendly and attentive. One note, the road getting to their place (less than a mile) is rocky. We wished we had an suv. If I returned to Belmopan I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
