The home was built in 2014 and has all modern amenities including a Jacuzzi tub, wine cooler, fireplace, and private pool. Bikes and beach fun are in the garage for use. The second and first floor balconies are great for relaxing while viewing Pensacola Bay.
Other amenities include Wifi, Playstation 4, all movie channels, bikes, beach chairs, sporting equipment, garage use by request, weber grill, coffee maker, library of books, outdoor seating, and washer/dryer.
Great for couples, families, wedding parties, military stays, and business travels alike, the Bayfront Manor is perfect for taking in all Pensacola and Pensacola beach has to offer.

Seville Historic District- Pensacola
Beautiful home and perfect for our weekend attending a family wedding. We walked to most restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any needs. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The only recommendation we would have for the owner would be to invest in a couple of TVs for the bedrooms, providing viewing options for multiple guests (different age groups and interests.)

Hidden gem on the Bayfront
We stayed here for the Blues this year with part of our annual weekend group and everyone loved the location, the lay out, and all the extras this amazing home provides. There is plenty of room for gathering. The high end kitchen is perfectly equipped and allowed us to easily entertain 14 friends and family members for dinner one evening with plenty of space to prepare, dine, and relax. The front porch and upper balconies were breezy and wonderful to unwind on. Afternoons at the shared pool area also relaxing and a great spot to catch up. Loved that the hosts supplied plenty of quality bath towels, linens, and pool towels. Loved having use of the two bikes and thoughtful beach items. The bedrooms were well separated and quiet. The beds were most comfortable, especially the master. Excellent pillows and linens and mattresses. The house is beautifully decorated lending the feel of staying at a resort. But located on a quiet dead end street just on the edge of all the bars and restaurants downtown. The historic neighborhood is upscale and charming - we felt safe walking day or night. The owners were helpful and responsive - great communication throughout the process and friendly to work with. You can tell they love owning and sharing this home through all the details and thoughtful provisions. Honestly, I can't believe we found such a wonderful home for this special weekend. I welcome the opportunity to stay here again when back in beautiful Pensacola!
