This is a huge (1800 square feet), nicely-appointed and very comfortable entire floor loft in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District, steps to Chelsea, Union Square, Gramercy, The Village and Midtown. It is in a small Manhattan loft building.
Welcome to my home, which I love to offer to travelers.
There is a very large and lovely main living area with plenty of room for lounging and dining. In the living area is a large slanted skylight providing brightness and a fantastic look.
The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.
There are three comfortable, private bedrooms. One of them has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The master bedroom with en-suite bath and dressing room has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom, has a king sized bed, which can be made up as two singles if preferred and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed. Comfortable Aerobeds can be provided for additional guests.
There are two full baths, one with sink, toilet and tub/shower combination and one en-suite (accessible both from the master bedroom and the hallway) with sink, toilet and shower.
There is NO laundry facility in the loft but we can recommend nearby laundry options.
Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00
Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00
Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00

Perfect location - fab apartment
The apartment was exactly as described....including information about the stairs! Whilst one of our party had a bad knee and found the stairs a challenge, the rest of us regarded them as a good workout! The apartment was very spacious, ideal for our family group of six. In a central location with nearby transport links we had no problem exploring all areas of mid town and downtown Manhattan. Communication with Charles the owner and Marlon who met us at the apartment was excellent and always reassuring. Just perfect. Would highly recommend.

Great Spacious Apartment
We loved the apartment. It's layout worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults and one baby. Large airy living space. Beds very comfortable. Great location. No street noise. Would love to come back and stay next time we visit NYC!

5 Star!!! Great expereince
Outstanding location. Very large unit for NYC standards. I can't say enough about our experience with Home-away and this property manager, Charles. We were in NYC to see our Son run the Marathon in honor of my ill wife. We ran in to a problem with our existing reservation and the VBRO team stepped in and took control to get us a new unit. The property manager, Charles, and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They are very organized and work with us for a very easy check in and check out process. They communicate specifics and requested details on needs we had and made sure the unit was prepared perfect for us. Great apartment, exactly as advertised; spacious, clean and very well maintained. Marlon was extremely accommodating during the check-in process. I can't say enough about the VBRO customer support team. When they learned about our issue they jumped right in. There where in constrain contact as they worked to find us a new unit. Very busy weekend with lots of travelers in NYC and very few available rooms. Yet the VBRO team worked hard to find us this great unit. Thank you so much Charles and Marlon. You are truly the best!!
