Short walk (99 yards) to beach on private drive & pathway. Our beach is never crowded.
One block to Shipyard Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. Three miles to six golf courses.
One mile to Coligny Plaza (via bicycle path across the street).
Sunbathe on a wraparound deck or enjoy a cool screened porch with Spanish moss hanging from live oaks.
The house has two levels and accommodates 8 people quite comfortably.
You are first welcomed by a landscaped area which includes, among others, Palmetto trees, a huge old Oak tree covered with Spanish moss, different color Oleanders, fragrant climbing vines, and lovely seasonal flowers.
On the first level we have a cathedral ceiling living-dining area with a fire place, two bedrooms (one furnished with a king size bed and the other with two twin size ones), one full and one half baths, a well equipped kitchen (with a full size microwave oven), a wraparound deck and a screened porch, both properly furnished for their enjoyment.
On the second level we have two more bedrooms (with two twin size beds each), one full and one half baths.

Fabulous for Families
Our two families stayed at Temaju and had a blast! We found beach access easier here than in many ocean front properties where we have stayed in the past. The home was spacious enough for eight of us with gracious indoor and outdoor living. The accommodations were clean, fresh and light.

great location!
My family has stayed at many beach rentals, and usually encounter scary bugs and an exaggerated "short walk" to the beach that ends up being much longer than advertised. We did not experience either at Temaju - the house location is great, on a quiet street with private beach walk access. It honestly is a less than 5 minute walk door-to-beach. The house has everything you need and slept 6 of us very comfortably with room to spare. We had an issue with the AC upon arrival, however the owner was easy to reach and had the issue resolved within the hour (even on a Sunday night). We could not have been happier with the accommodations.

Great Place for Van der Meer Tennis
Clean house, as described right down the road from Van der meer tennis center. Really clean accommodations, plenty of parking and room for us all. We had a great time and hope to come back next year.

Great location!
Great location for families as beach access is just a couple houses down the road and there is no cross traffic to navigate. Comfortable home.

Great Family Vaca
We had a great time and the walk to the beach with one toddler and two babies worked well with the help of a tent bungeed to a rolling cooler and everything else in a beach wagon! We grilled and ate outside nightly on the wraparound porch. The only issue was the toddler and his mother wanted a pool!!! A great time was had by all.

Temaju was great
The location was perfect, very easy access to everything. The house had a nice charm to it and had all the amenities we needed. The wrap around porch was spacious and the rooms were large.

Excellent location
Having a one minute walk to the beach was amazing- you could walk, jog, or bike on the beach and it was far from crowded for miles in each direction. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Some people may note that items need a little updating, etc, but the reason this property is such a great deal is you’re not paying for new countertops and cabinets. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to and the rental rate to be this close to the beach can’t be beat. We had 4 guys on a weeklong golf trip and the property worked perfectly for us. There were even 3 beds that went unused so plenty of room to spare. It was really nice having 4 bathrooms as well.
