Family Friendly and comfortable! First building in Cassine Garden and an end unit for more space and quiet ! Mom and Dad, we're only 200 yards to the beach and an even shorter distance to one of the two pools. So the location is ideal for families and challenged folks as well !
Located on Scenic Highway 30-A, our townhouse community is a 'lost treasure', nestled in a cypress grove with a serene fishing pond and fountain, with covered pavilion, picnic tables and a grill by the pond for individual or family outings! So bring your fishing pole, your favorite reading material and relaxation mode!
Two pools, tennis courts, and nature and bike trails, and a short 'cross the street' access to the beach make it the perfect place to be. There are marked hiking trails beside the community for hiking enthusiasts. And for those who like to bike, two adult bikes have been added for your use! The bike path/lane extends from one end of 30A to the other.
Guests LOVE having the two bedrooms each with private bath on the MAIN floor, so you don't have to wrestle with luggage up the steps! Great closet space as well, a tv in every bedroom, ceiling fan, and no sharing a bathroom ! Bedrooms are furnished with 'heavenly' Sealy Posterpedic beds for your restful get-away trip.
Upstairs, you'll find the living room/dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath and the patio. Most in Cassine don't have the 1/2 bath !! Cozy up in the comfy blue jean couch and loveseat and enjoy the 42' Flatscreen TV in the Living room Entertainment Center, along with a DVD player to entertain the kids during 'rest time' ! The couch-bed opens into a queen sized sleeper for 2.
Dining options include a large dining table with sturdy chairs, two bar stools for happy hour, dining for two children at a built-in table in the kitchen, and patio. The spacious closet houses hanging space, pillows, sheets, towels, etc., Pack n Play, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, etc.
Oak laminate flooring makes cleaning sand up easier during your vacation time.
There is so much to do - or not to do if you choose! A perfect escape! Walk to Donut Hut for wonderful pastries, biscuits and coffee. Buy fresh seafood at Goatfeathers Seafood Market next door to Donut Hut to eat at home. They'll steam and season for you at your request. Walk to Brozinni's Pizzeria, Big Fish Bike Rental for extra bikes, Doc Smiley's Urgent Care , a Movie Rental Machine, and Snappy Turtle where you can buy swim wear, floats, tshirts, etc. It is a pleasant bike ride to visit the cute little shops and restaurants at Seagrove Plaza and just a little further to Seaside. Don't forget to take in a few sunrises and sunsets while you're here. They're often breathtaking!
A trip to the Welcome Center on the corner where 98 meets 331 will provide you with answers and lots of maps and materials to guide you to all the fun things the area has to offer.
Adjoining Port St Joe has marked trails for hiking enthusiasts. Deer Lake State Park offers unmarked hiking, and beautiful sand dunes. Grayton Beach State Recreation Area offers beaches, nature trails and picnic areas. You'll love the slower pace of Seagrove, as opposed to crowded Destin or Panama City. WONDERFUL STAY
We had a great time during our stay. Everthing was very neat and clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The property is just across the road from the beautiful sand beach were you can walk miles in each direction. The complex were our unit was located has beautiful grounds, including a wonderful gazebo by the pond. We had 2 cookouts with the grills provided. Just off the grounds are miles of hiking trails through the lush forests. We hiked every day. All in all, sad to have to leave.

Great location
Great location for families. If you can’t stay right on the beach this is the next best thing. It is a short walk to the beach. Everything is close by either walking distance, short bike ride or car ride.

Kelly, the owner, had been great on communication from the start. We had a little trouble when check in, Kelly was able to sort it out quickly. We like the location and condition of the property, and had a great time on the beach as well as exploring 30A!
Great vacation
My family has been staring in the Cassine Gardens for years. This was our first time staying in this condo. It was clean and in good condition. Very close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach (just across the main road). Walking distance to great places to eat and very short drive to downtown Seaside. We will be booking this condo again for next years vacation.

Close to the beach - great condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 104 Cassine Gardens. It had everything we needed: a good size living area w/ample seating, nice bedrooms downstairs which we liked and the 2 bicycles were awesome! Seagrove is a great location, family oriented and close to everything!

Easy walk to beach and pool

Loved our stay here
We truly enjoyed our time staying in this townhome. The property is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The beach is just a short walk, and we loved being able to use the beach gear provided. We spent time on the beautiful beach everyday. The pool is just a short walk also. We will definitely stay here again when in Seagrove and recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Seagrove area.
