Level 1 (West side):
Elevator access in foyer. The elevator operates to all four levels. On this level is a queen bedroom suite with its own full private bath. Level 1 access from the garage requires two small steps to get into the house.
Level 1 (East side): A mudroom for beach bathroom breaks (toilet and sink).
Level 2: Four bedrooms on this level, plus full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
Four bedrooms include:
Two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.
Bunk beds with 4 full size beds that share a full bath (tub, separate shower & toilet) with another bedroom with a Queen size bed and full size bed.
Level 3: king bedroom suite with its own full bath. Plus a large kitchen, with an island that seats 6, and a dining table and chairs for 10, and family room with 2 bonus queen sleeper sofas (one is in a sectional). Open concept. Plus powder room. Access to main decks that have 10-12 deck chairs plus an outdoor dining table with its own chairs that seats 8.
Level 4: 1 king bedroom suite with its own full bath. Plus 1 queen bedroom with a Full bath. Both bedrooms have their own/separate private deck access.
We also have a large selection of indoor games and books for both children and adults. We have many supplies for babies and toddlers too, such has strollers, portable crib, toddler bed, baby gate, bed rail, and high chairs.
The Town of Bethany Beach is known as 'The Quiet Resort', and downtown Bethany is a short bike ride from this home, where you'll find a Boardwalk, beach shops and restaurants People often walk or bike down to get ice cream, Boardwalk fries, Grotto's Pizza, Fishers Popcorn, Candy Kitchen. Excellent eateries and restaurants nearby include Blue Coast Seafood Grill, 14 Global, DiFebo's, Sunshine Crepes, Beach Break Bakrie & Cafe, 99 Sea Level, Sedona, Matt's Fish Camp, Parkway, Five Guys, Mango's, Cottage Cafe, Big Chill Beach Club, and so many more.
Ocean Village is coded as a medium residential neighborhood by Sussex County; therefore, this home can only be rented to family groups.
Parking: Max 8 vehicles are limited to park in the driveway.
Take a break from the beach by taking advantage of all that Bethany Beach, nearby Rehoboth Beach, Ocean City and Dewey Beach have to offer -- go kayaking on the bay, rent a pontoon boat, jet skis, play golf or tennis at the many top courses nearby, go shopping at the Tax-free Tanger Outlets, take in a movie, take your group to putt-putt golf, or basketball games on free court downtown, and enjoy the many live, free concerts.

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Senior citizens getaway
We have been renting vacation homes for 15 years. But never one as gorgeous as this one. There are 12 of us and the house could have accommodated many more. This house would be the envy of every cook. It has everything you can think of in it. The family room is huge as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. But more importantly is the homeowner. Doug is so kind and attentive. Any questions we had , he was back to us instantly. We would give him a 10 as well as the home. Definitely are planning on renting again. 5 Stars all the way!!
Such a beautiful home in the perfect location!! We could not have been happier with our stay in Bethany and had such an amazing host with Doug and his wife thinking of everything a group may need while staying in their home! We brought a group of adults to the beach as my husband and I finally celebrated our wedding/anniversary (2 years later). Everyone was comfortable with their own bedrooms, the common areas and outdoor space seated all 11 of us comfortably. Doug was incredibly helpful with communication and updates. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing - so much that my husband wants to explore purchasing a home in the area! Loved the private beach access as well - hardly anyone out when we were there on the weekend and always nice when taking walks in the morning and evenings! We found leaving our shoes near the door also made for zero headaches with sand or debris being tracked in - it wasn't a shoeless requirement but for future folks to think about!

A great getaway location for every age
We had the privilege of staying at this property for our annual family vacation and it did not disappoint. The property is in a great location, and is a short walk to a private beach. We realized just how lucky we were to be on the private beach after seeing just how crowded Bethany beach was. The kids loved hanging in the bunk room and each bedroom was beautiful. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs and supplies in the garage and really felt like we got to relax while we were there. Doug was very quick to respond to questions. We are super thankful to have had such a great week!
