Description
Located 6.3 miles north of downtown Ketchum our home is a quiet oasis in a residential neighborhood called Eagle Creek. It features a great room with a unique 4 sided glass fireplace, a large, 75 inch, QLED Samsugn television, Blue ray DVD Player and wireless internet. The back deck has a hot tub under a covered gazebo to help you relax after a hard day of skiing the sloops in the Winter or hiking and biking the trails in the Summer.
It comes with a washer and dryer and fully equipped kithcen.
It has a large dining room table that seats 14 and can be expanded to seat 20. The downstairs has one bedroom, which is our bunk room and sleeps, 4 with the bathroom room located right across the hall. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. All have queen size bed with flannel sheets and down comforters for the Winter.
The master bedroom also has a set of bunk beds, with cable TV, a new 40 inch Flat Screen, Blue Ray DVD Player and private bath. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and share a full bath.
The house comes with a double car garage and cleaning service so at the end or your stay you just walk out the door.

Very comfortable home for family vacation
The house is a perfect gathering home-base for a large family or group of friends. We had 5 adults and 2 pre-teens, and we were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and kids bunkroom downstairs. The fireplace rocks and there was plenty of wood provided. The outdoor hot tub provided a good soak after long skiing days. The kitchen is well appointed with a nice toaster, coffee maker, and brand new, quiet dishwasher in addition to the standard stove/oven/refrigerator. The big table can accommodate a crowd for meals and games. The bathrooms have been updated and include radiant floor heat, which was very nice on the sub-zero mornings we experienced during our stay. The house is about a 15 minute drive to Ketchum and Sun Valley ski area. Lastly, Jim is a gracious and accommodating host who is readily available by phone to offer assistance with the house and suggestions for your stay in Ketchum.

So much Snow!
It was a great place. loved being out of town, did some constellation searching, the accommodations were ample, and we had 4 incredible days of skiing. We would love to come back again next year

Wonderful family wedding in Sun Valley!
We had a wonderful vacation in Sun Valley with so much to do we regretted leaving for Yellowstone. The house is lovely with a wonderful deck and hot tub. The evenings were still chilly in June so we enjoyed the central indoor fireplace. The living area is very spacious and easily accommodated all 12 family members. The owners were wonderful and extremely responsive.

Family friendly home just outside of Ketchum
We spent a week in July with our sons and their families-4 children aged 15 months to 5 years. Everyone had a great time. The house was large enough to be comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and we were able to eat most dinners in and enjoy each other. I would recommend this place highly for a family with children. The Sun Valley area is gorgeous and the mountains are steps away.

Sun Valley concert getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in Ketchum at the red neck retreat! The home was very comfortable and the beds were nice and spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the new bbq. We also loved having the hot tub out back to enjoy the beautiful yard in the evening. We would love to stay here again!

Great spot and great host!
This house was perfect for our family of nine. It's roomy, and located in a small neighborhood north of Ketchum, just far enough from the highway so that it is quiet. Right across the highway is a short walk to national forest and a spectacular walk/hike. Jim is a fantastic host--he reached out before we arrived and was very helpful in helping us with a pack-and-play for a newborn. I would highly recommend this house.
