Chez Wilson is one of the few heritage homes on Nevis, lovingly updated to modern standards by its current international owners. Nestled within two tropical acres replete with mature palms, lush plantings and fruit trees, and built around a secluded atrium, this spacious residence offers peace and serenity but is still within easy distance of both golden Pinney’s beach and the amenities of the Four Seasons resort.
At the front of the villa is a large deck which wraps around a 66 ft long infinity pool with views across the Caribbean to St Kitts. This is the perfect spot for admiring emerald hummingbirds and banana quits with your morning coffee or taking in the sunset with something stronger as evening approaches.
The well-furnished veranda has retractable awnings, making it ideal for dining, and inside there is a tropical central atrium – the coolest place to be in the late afternoon as you listen to water bubbling in the old copper sugar-pot fountain discretely hidden in the bushes.
The overall accommodation comprises a master bedroom with en suite, enclosed balcony and sun deck on the upper floor, plus three other bedrooms, all with en suite bath on the first floor together with a large living room, dining room for eight and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Rates include the cost of a taxi from St Kitts airport and a speedboat transfer across the two-mile stretch of sea to Nevis (a fun way to arrive). It takes about 35 minutes from airport to villa.

We had an amazing time in Nevis!!! The house was perfect!!
The house is in the perfect location. It had everything we needed! The views were amazing!! We will definitely be back!!! The communication was by far the best off and on the island. Everything was arranged for us with no problems!!! Oliver gave us tons of informationâ¤ï¸ Thank you everyone for a perfect trip!!!

Weekend in Paradise!
We just returned from a fabulous stay at Chez Wilson. Everything was perfect and the highlight of our stay was the amazing 66’ pool! We’ve rented many houses before but never with a pool and outside area quite like this. We didn’t do any cooking since we enjoy going out for dinner, but for those who like to cook the kitchen was fully equipped with whatever you could possibly need. The bedrooms were so pretty and we loved the four poster beds! The upstairs bedroom is gorgeous and loved the private deck right off this bedroom. We had so much watching the monkeys play in the trees outside of one of the bedroom windows. So so cute! All the people in Nevis are very nice and made us feel very welcomed. Oliver was a pleasure to work with while making the reservation arrangements and provided us with lots of useful information. He also arranged a rental car when we stepped off the water taxi. That’s when Amelia, the house manager stepped in. She was so efficient and was there to meet us and even carried some of our luggage in her car when leading us to the house. She stopped along the way to show us where the grocery store was (Rams) and emailed to make sure we made it back to the house without getting lost. It’s hard to get lost in Nevis since there is only one road that goes around the island! So very nice of her to be concerned about us. She kept in contact with us during our stay and helped us arrange for taxis and our transfers back to St.Kitts and then a taxi to go back to the airport. Everything went like clockwork! She took care of it all! We very much appreciated all the kindness both Oliver and Amelia showed us to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. We’re home now with lots of beautiful memories of our stay at Chez Wilson. We hope to someday return and enjoy this wonderful house and to work again with Oliver and Amelia!
