Two bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor condo with private wood deck sleeps four people comfortably in a private, gated community.
Only yards from the beach, with white sand and good snorkeling.
Master bedroom has a king bed.
Second bedroom offers a single bunk over double bed with a TV and DVD player.
Rooms are air conditioned as is the living room. Dining room table seats four. Condo is equipped with games, books, videos and beach toys.
The condo provides cable, WiFi, gas BBQ, outdoor dining table and sitting area. View of a lush tropical forest from the deck.
Surfing beach 5 minutes away. El Yunque national rainforest is 15 minutes away. Las Pailas Natural Waterfalls and Natural Slides, 15 minutes away. Kayaking at night at the rare and beautiful Fajardo Bioluminescence Bay 30 minutes away. Ferries to Culebra and Vieques islands from nearby Fajardo (20-30 min.). Forts and sightseeing in old San Juan 45 minutes. With new toll road, the airport is only 30 minutes away.
Local activities in the area include horseback riding, surfing, go carts, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, hiking, boogie boarding, relaxing.

Amazing
This condo was amazing to stay in if you are traveling with children you need to stay here on the beach . The beach is your back yard they had boogie boards and sand toys for the kid to play with. I can't say enough good things about this place .

Secure, with amazing security guards at the gate. I'm a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so it wasn't as clean as I prefer. However, very accommodating.
