Cozy, comfortable and clean

We were very impressed with the open feel to the house although it was small but very well equipped. Thoughtful touches and design made this a pleasurable stay and the house was clean and comfortable. A cool spiral staircase leading up to an attic bedroom space that, at first, may seem a bit too small, turns out to be a perfect sleeping area. Fans and skylights help to cool the space and we found ourselves grabbing for the blankets. A couple of houses across the road actually made us feel more comfortable and the view of the fields with deer feeding in the mornings was the icing!

Lovely place to enjoy the pleasures of autumn.

A lovely place to spend the weekend. Quiet, rural, peaceful, cozy. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed . Beautiful area with many scenic drives and fun towns to explore within an hours drive.

This little school house was perfect for our needs.

We only stayed for two days, during the NY Sheep
