Our New Penthouse apartment was recently acquired and renovated in a very contemporary style, while maintaining a beach atmosphere. Sit down for breakfast in our large terrace overlooking the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Prepare dinner in our fabulous new kitchen with top of the line appliances, and stunning stellar white quartz counters.Amenities include the following:

The Best
We stayed at Annie’s unit for 7 days. If you are hesitant and reading this then I’d say go for it. We absolutely loved the unit and area. Annie’s meticulous lists were essential in everything we did while in Puerto Rico. From dining to tours, everything was covered and I would say this was a welcomed bonus and took a lot of the stress away. The Isla Verde Beach was nice and clean and we felt safe at all times. At night sitting out on the patio listening to waves crash the shore was unlike any other rental we have ever rented. Take my word for it, you will not be dissapointed. Go for it!!

Million dollar view
The perfect property for exploring Puerto Rico, just enjoying the beach, or a little of both. Close to everything. Beach chairs, towels, and the cooler were all put to good use. We had a wonderful stay and fell in love with Isla Verde. Annie left very helpful and detailed instructions. She was very responsive to our questions. We hope to return soon!
