3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce.
The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv.
It also has a heated pool, power generator and water cistern.

Great house
My stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! Jose was a pleasure to work with! The booking process was easy and he provided all kinds of details relating to tours, restaurants and sights to see which were spot on!Fernando greeted us with nice basket of liquor, coffee and fruit as a welcome to PR! The house was clean and big enough for the group of 8 of us! The pool was great add on for evening splash after a long day of touring! There is a small coffee shop down the block that was amazing. We would order breakfast and them go pick up the order. The beach was right down the block as well! There are restaurants within walking distance.I would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful stay for three families
Our three families (six adults, five kids ages 3-5, and one infant) had a wonderful stay at Villa Violeta. The house manager, Fernando, was very helpful and responsive. The house itself is in great shape and includes all the amenities you need (although a few more beach towels would have been helpful). It is about a 3-minute walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. The owner, Jose, provided a list of recommendations for San Juan, and we used Chef Juana Toribio for a catered meal that was delivered, which was delicious and very affordable. Our only complaint about the house is that the patio area around the pool is incredibly slippery when wet (which is often because it is right next to the pool), and there were many slip and falls. There was some non-slide tape that had been applied to some of it that is coming off and should be reapplied. Other than these minor complaints, we loved it and would definitely come back if we're looking for a comfortable, effortless urban beach vacation!

Great house for the whole family
The house looks just like it does in photos. There is plenty of space for different groups to enjoy and enough space to be all together. The location is great. It's very walkable and central to everything we came down for. Would definitely stay again for a large group!
