The unit is nice and spacious and you’ll love the beautiful views. We have had many stay over the years be it short term and long term and all really like the unit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
In addition to the water views, there is also a private dock for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Close to a bus route, a popular beach, restaurants and a small grocery store.
To top it all off, the neighborhood is fairly quiet..
No guest to date has registered any disappointment.

PARADISE ON THE SOUND
This was our first time staying on the island, though we have cruised to Bermuda numerous times. We chose to stay in the Flatts, as we were attending a wedding in that area. The location couldn't have been better! I could have just spent the entire time on the dock reading or floating in the saltwater. Or if you're more adventurous, paddleboarding and kayaking. Cornelius has made the dock an oasis! The area is so peaceful. As the bus system is the primary mode of transportation, we had our choice of routes either side of house. The owner, Cornelius was very responsive to texts and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. When we arrived, Andrew, who works for Cornelius, drove us to picked up our bus passes and groceries. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
