Beautiful studio apartment overlooking Harrington Sound
This delightful garden studio apartment is centrally located in Smith's Parish overlooking Harrington Sound, in a quiet area very close to Flatt's Village and The Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.
The studio is 350sq.ft, fully fitted with all you will need for a relaxing vacation. The interior includes a queen size bed and combined living area, with flat screen cable TV and free WIFI, large closet and modern shower bath. All bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen area is fully stocked with tea, coffee and basic condiments and we will be happy to shop for you before your arrival, upon request.
The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Occasional use of shared laundry facilities is available upon request. There is a separate private entrance to the studio that includes a pergola-covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are chaises to relax in the beautiful garden and it is only a short walk down to a private dock for swimming in Harrington Sound.
This studio is located just off Harrington Sound Road where there are convenient bus stops to take you to Hamilton (15mins) and St. George's (25mins). Flatt's Village is only a 5 minute walk where there are several restaurants, including Rustico and the AZU cafe at The Aquarium.

Beyond Amazing
This stay was far beyond any and all expectations- from our arrival we were welcomed by Alan and Jack (ball in mouth and tail wagging happily), oriented to our beautiful little home for the week with a dark and stormy in hand (quickly to mouth :), then we were shuttled by Alan to get groceries. That evening we cooked fresh Wahoo on the grill and added freshly grown arugula, from Anita’s gorgeous garden, to our salad. Alan provided us with a thorough instruction in the public transportation system which had stops close by. He suggested the best sites for us to see- even took us on a couple of drives around the Island to see some of the Island’s beauty, off the beaten path. We walked to the Flats for 2 meals at Rustica, hung out at the bridge watching the flurry of fish from every color of the rainbow - snorkeled at the beach, played golf, sat on the dock, walked in the parks. Alan, Anita and Jack were the best, most hospitable folks- with a true gift for making one feel welcome -so sorry we had to leave so soon!! If ever we go back, no- when we go back, we will definitely book this location if given the opportunity!!! See you again my friend! Kelly and Shane

Centraly Located, Great Host
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean, queen bed comfortable, A/C, nice little kitchen, perfect for our stay. Central located on the island, near the Aquarium. Our hosts Alan and Anita made us feel right at home! Took us to pick up a few groceries on the first day and our bus/ferry pass for the week. We ate breakfast in and lunch/dinner out while seeing the island. Jack their dog greeted us each morning and Alan treated us to a dark and stormy drink in the evening, wonderful! We would highly recommend this rental to others and we have already:)

Anniversary Getaway
The Hughes were gracious hosts. Jack was a treat, and the property was just as presented in the offering. Alan could not have been more helpful in getting us oriented, seeing us through buying groceries and arranging for transportation, as well as checking with us each day to make sure all was going well. We had a delightful time, and would not hesitate to recommend their property.
