Location:
Oyster Point Boat House is located in a quiet neighborhood on the water’s edge in Southampton. It is within walking distance to several beaches, restaurants and pubs, pedestrian hiking trails along the old railway tracks, jet ski rentals, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, spa facilities at the nearby Fairmont Southampton Princess and The Reefs, several golf courses including Port Royal and a short course at The Fairmont Southampton Princess. Grocery stores and the city of Hamilton, by vehicle, are only 5 minutes (15 minutes walk) and 20 minutes drive away respectively and bus stops are located at the end of the driveway to the cottage.
Cottage Interior:
The cottage includes a full kitchen, queen bedroom, open plan living room with dining area and kitchen. There is a patio looking out at the bay and a wonderful vista of our beautiful Bermuda sunsets. The cottage is only suitable for two adults but a roll-away bed and/or crib can be provided for children.
Amenities:
Small private beach with loungers and thatched umbrella, dock and a kayak. Cable television, WiFi internet access, AC usage and electric fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, china, glassware, cutlery and cookware.
Bed linen, bath and beach towels, iron and board (upon request), travel crib and rollaway bed are all provided as well as a gas BBQ on a porch with outdoor table, chairs and loungers.

get away from it all at this wonderful spot in Bermuda
We loved our time at this lovely property. Dorothy and Brian are wonderful hosts and we could not have wished for more. We wanted time to relax from busy work schedules and this was the ideal place to do it. The small private beach was a delight and sitting on the patio area every morning watching as the sun came up over the bay was fab. Then to watch the sunset from the same spot - it was all a superb. We had everything we needed in the house and although the general store was just a ten minute walk away Brian often called to see if we needed a lift. On day of departure we lunched at the Fairmont which was nice but no comparison to having your own space at Oyster Point. Thoroughly recommended and hope to go back next year some time. Thank you Dorothy and Brian for making it perfect.
Paradise Perfection
Brian and Dorothy are extremely welcoming and The BoatHouse is even better in reality. The thoughtful attention to detail of decoration and extremely high spec well equipped kitchen was a delight. The bed is large and comfortable. The private beach and use of the kayak was lovely for exploring the surrounding bays. Thank you.
