This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom private property is ideally located on the grounds of the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, enjoying a commanding presence and stunning panoramic views of the award winning and world-famous Horseshoe Bay Beach and enjoys proximity to the hotel restaurants. spa, golf course and tennis courts!
The rooms of Southern Views are large and spacious with beautiful water views. It is ideal for families and multi generational get togethers as it is contained and safe for little ones.
The outdoor covered deck15'x75' will be hard to leave as it has unparalleled views of Horseshoe Bay Beach. The sound of the waves are often louder on the deck then the beach as due to its crescent shape, the sound of lapping of waves floats up to the home. If you are lucky enough to be here for full moon it is breath taking to watch it rise up out of the ocean, casting its translucent glow across the water. Daily for the early risers coffee in hand sunrise is stunning and worth getting up for from your deck still in your pyjama's!
Your own very large pool and garden setting filled with wonderful flowering plants and coconut palms make this area your own little oasis to read, swim or sunbathe.
The outdoor dining table also enjoys all these views and sounds. BBQing from this deck makes the chefs work easy.
If you do come inside the kitchen is a chefs dream as extremely spacious with endless counters and an island for prepping. Gas stove and stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets, dishes and cutlery you will need make this a dream kitchen, no one will be under foot here. Additionally, the dinning and living room are all extremely spacious and can provide more then needed space for your group.
We do have a wonderful dedicated chef that will cook breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as drop off prepared food for you so you can stay out of the kitchen if you so choose.
The games room has a ping pong table and an entire bookcase of novels and board games so lots to do. Outside we have a basketball net and swing set for the little ones in tow. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels, and beach blankets and snorkel gear and soft sided coolers for the beach.
All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms so everyone free to shower and not have to wait. 3 are walk-in showers and one is a tub/shower for those who need a tub for younger ones. The home is a 5 minute walk to famous Horseshoe Bay Beach on private path.
"Southern Views" location on the Fairmont Southampton Hotel grounds - the hotel reception is less than a two minute walk away - provides ready access to hotel's golf (Turtle Hill Golf Club, winner of Golf Digest's Best Places to Play Golf), tennis, hiking trails, Willowstream Spa and five top-ranked restaurants offering some of the finest dining in Bermuda: Waterlot, Ocean Club, Boundary Sports Bar and Grille, Mediterra, Windows on the Sound, Jasmine Lounge, Beach and Pool Terrace Restaurants.
Other amenities include a five minute walk to the Bermuda Railway Trail, which spans 18 miles of Bermuda- ideal for walking, biking, and scenic tours. Famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is also within walking distance and provides 360 views from its upper viewing station. Horseback riding and all all the magic of Spicelands Ridge and South Shore trails which include sunrise and sunset guided tours begin a mere 5 minute taxi ride or moped ride away. We also have the two person electric car for hire a few minutes from your front door and a charging station to keep it going as well as a cycle livery where you can rent mopeds and push bikes, also located on the campus if you choose to rent and ride for your visit to Bermuda. There is always a line of taxis readily available at the front of the hotel a few minutes away for your convenience or the pink public bus comes to both South Shore Road and Middle Road. There are jet ski tours as well as a dive shop also available on campus. Boat tours can be booked out of a tour site and leave mostly from Dockyard.

Can't say enough good things about this place. View of Horseshoe Bay beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed it , morning, noon and evening from the covered porch. House is huge and beautifully decorated. Having the in-ground pool was convenient for some family members in addition to the beach nearby. You can walk up to the Fairmont hotel to catch a taxi and the hotel beach shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off right off the house driveway so no moped rentals needed. We were here celebrating my dad's 80th birthday and we were greeted by Kimberley with birthday balloons and a bottle of rose. What a nice touch. Already planning our next trip back!

Southern Views is incomparable.
We just spent a magical week at "Southern Views," celebrating out 50th wedding anniversary with our extended family of 14 people. The owners, Kim and Michael Burns, could not have been more welcoming and hospitable. The house and the pool became our personal resort and home base for the week as we filled our days with different activities. The view from the wide spacious porch on the top floor is simply spectacular, overlooking Horseshoe Beach, one of the most scenic beaches in the world. Pat Chew was recommended by the owner to be our caterer, and we were thrilled with her delicious evening meals. She asked for our suggestions and willingly met our special requests. With so many family members in our party, we enjoyed the convenience and the privacy of this arrangement. Considering its high value location and expansive living areas, we believe "Southern Views" is tops in Bermuda! Anne

Outstanding rental for families. We had 5 adults and 2 children and this property was great for everybody. It is hard to imagine a better view from this property. Will definitely be a repeat renter.
