The neighborhood:
Location, Location, Location. The Woodley park neighborhood is one the most sought after locations for its upscale houses, beautiful streets and convenience. You do not need a car to get around here since the metro and the bus are about a half a block away (less than 5 minute walk). You can walk to DuPont Circle, Downtown, the White House and the Mall. The Zoo is, of course, a block away. There are plenty of restaurants around the corner from the house where you can taste some of the best foods DC has to offer. The Hot and Juicy, a shrimp and Craw-fish restaurant, is a late night gem. The Lebanese Taverna, Le Pettit Plat (a french restaurant), Pizze (an Italian Pizzeria), Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, an Indian cuisine, an Afghan Kabab restaurant around the corner, and a Chipotle just to name a few. There is also a convenient grocery store, Manhattan Market, as well as a CVS pharmacy within a block from here.

-Bedroom 6- 2 twin/ single (daybed that pulls out to 2 twin beds This goes between another bedroom)

Location to the Metro was great.
Excellent DC Adventure
We were a group of 11 childhood friends on our annual adventure. This house was perfect from booking to checkout. Location was perfect. Owners were perfect. So responsive throughout the the entire process. Plenty of room. Home’s floor plan was perfect for a group this size. Walking distance for everything you would need: groceries, restaurants, Metro, CVS, etc. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. Close to all of DC attractions. We were very happy!!
