About 10 minutes walks to Georgetown and the Washington harbor. Also walking distance to all the monuments and museums and downtown offices.

Week In DC
House worked perfectly as a home base and hub to see all that DC has to offer! David is a charming host and the house is nicely appointed and comfortable with several very good restaurants quite close by.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay with friends
David and Marina were there to meet and greet us with smiles. They physically toured us around the property, oriented us with how things operated, and answered all questions. David was quick to respond when we had a small problem with one of the locks. Residence was clean, organized, and perfectly located for our needs. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Perfect Wedding Weekend!
We (several couples) rented the property to attend a wedding in DC. The brownstone exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous furnishings and convenient to great shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well appointed and we were able to cook meals for our group with ease. David is excellent with timely communication. Absolutely recommend this property and manager!!
