Separate entrance for additional privacy and convenience.
Bus 70 and 79 to downtown DC .5 a block walk
5 minute walk to Bus 52
15 minutes from the National Mall, Museums and downtown DC by car.
30 minutes by metro
5 minute drive or 10-15 minutes walk to Petworth Metro station.

A GREAT FALL WEEKEND IN DC!
This apartment proves to be a fantastic retreat after a long day spent enjoying museums or National Parks. It was better than we expected and the property managers did a great job of making us feel at home. They were always available by text message and willing to help us in person, even with little notice. Its location is great for the use of public transportation- such as a bus, taxi, or Uber- if you wish to visit Downtown DC.

Convenient and Priced Right
The Owners of the Property are very hands on . In fact if you need anything they All live upstairs and at least one of them is able to assist you . Sophias Mother in law greeted me as I came in to make sure everything was ok I didn’t get to meet Sophia but her husband came down to do a load of laundry and was very pleasant . You feel very safe and secure as there are security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home . The space itself was comftorble and clean If you are a family traveling. I totally recommend this as an affordable and great way to see DC. If you are normally staying at a hotel and prefer anonymity and privacy. This would not be my first choice. I would recommend frosted windows for all windows in the basement.
