Old style barbecue with picnic tables is located right next to the beach. Giant Ironwood trees give shaded relief from the warm beach just steps away.
The Owners have had the property for 45 years; building this house 12 years ago. The pride of owning such a jewel is reflected in the excellent condition of the home and property.

Beautiful property
Marks property is right on the ocean, seriously you can’t get any closer. My whole family loved being able to sit outside and watch the waves and the tide come and go. During low tide my 3 year old daughter could play in the water right out front of the house which was SO nice. Mark was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a nicer host. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

amazing, 25 feet to the beach
A few places are actually right next to the beach. This is one. Very reasonable. If, like us, you look for peace and quiet and beauty rather than central locations, do yourself a favor and book this. It’s about a 1 Hour Dr. from the airport. Pretty drive. last but not least, the owners are some of the most amazing people I’ve met. Very kind, hard-working, amiable. Go the 2nd mile to help you have the experience you want to have.

A fantastic holiday location where you can do nothing but laze on the back deck or walk out the necessary 40 paces to the beach. Or you can explore the north shore and all it has to offer- beaches food trucks turtles and the beauty township of Halewei. Mark is a great host and is so welcoming and we all loved our daily visit from Snoopy. 11 out of 10!!

Peaceful oceanfront paradise
This comfortable home provided everything we were looking for: an ocean and beach front property with no road noise, beautiful sunsets, and a secluded beach to walk on, go swimming or snorkeling, Mark greeted us with fresh fruit and K cups for the Keurig coffee maker. A long shaded driveway with gate near the road provided peace and quiet that is not easy to find right on the North Shore. Mark gave us tips on where to eat, which were all winners. We also used the kitchen for a few breakfast and dinners and found it had all we needed To prepare and serve the meals

Great beach house for a family vacation
If you want to have a family vacation on the north shore of Oahu this is a great place for you. Mark is great and communicates very quickly. He lives right next door and is an amazing host. Very helpful and has all that you need. The house is a 2 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The master has its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom across the hall that is a full bathroom with standing shower and also holds the laundry. The '3rd bedroom' is not a bedroom but a walled off dining area really but has 1 door and then slider doors to shut it off somewhat. Mark has fans in every room and extra plugged in fans as if its hot there is NO A/C so it can get very toasty in the house. The patio out back is amazing and the views are excellent. The grassy backyard right against the beach is perfect to just relax on the lounge chairs or at the picnic table. The beach is 10 steps from your house and is a great small white sand beach. The ocean has lots of coral/rock right close to shore so its not a swimming beach really but youre able to go in and relax, however you can tidepool with the kids too. The lagoon just down the street from property that is by Turtle Bay Resort is great for swimming and snorkeling. You also have about 10 great beaches within 20 minutes of you on the north shore if you want to go to another beach. Mark provides you all that you need inside the house and out. You have all your towels and beach towels. You have detergent and dryer sheets to do laundry any time. You have dish washing soap and dishwasher pods to do dishes anytime. You have beach chairs and beach equipment to use on the beach behind you or take with you to another beach. You have a great gas BBQ to grill out on the patio which we did multiple times. Mark was very nice and left us a fresh pineapple and bananas along with a great bottle of wine. You have a tv in the family room with blu ray player and cable. You also can watch netflix and amazon prime if you want. Wifi was good throughout the house and backyard. You have a gated driveway and parking spaces. Mark also had a pack n play for a crib and then a highchair. All in all a great place to stay for any family.

Wonderful Time
We had an amazing time! The home was private, comfortable and just what we needed for a great time away. The beach was calm and safe for my 7 yr old daughter to swim without me worrying. All the beach necessities (boogie board/reef shoes/snorkel gear) are provided which is a huge bonus especially when traveling. I would definitely return to this location again in a heartbeat.

A Perfect Vacation
For a true "North Shore" experience, this property, location and it's amazing managers are the best you will find! The home is spacious and comfortable. The location CANNOT be beaten! Picturesque sunset views from the backyard each night, BBQ's on the deck, secure parking (we never locked our car at night), and a backyard with stairs that lead right to the beach and a perfect little swimming cove for kids and families made this the best vacation possible. It is close to everything (all the good beaches, food, fun & amenities). The home has no A/C, so it was warm in July, but the fans supplied in each room and windows open with breeze blowing through made it OK for sleeping. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, you will not find it here, but if you want a wonderfully comfortable home with a manager that is as friendly and accommodating as you'll ever find, do not hesitate to book. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, etc for us to use each day and were never "in the way", but were always there to offer suggestions, help with reservations, or just bring over some delicious mangos and good island stories and vibes. We refer to Mark, his wife and father now as friends and my kids are ready to adopt his dog, Snoopy! We will definitely go back to this property to enjoy all they have to offer. I could go on an on listing all the wonderful things about this property......but I'd recommend to just go for yourself and find out! ;-)
