Four Lake Front Cottages on Private Property, All are Independent Family Units or can be rented altogether, centrally located on Park Ave, just across the street from "Eddies Restaurant". Large Private Back Yard and Beach Access. Each Cottages has Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Air Conditioning , Fully Equip Kitchen (includes utensils, plates, glassware, refrigerator and coffee makers) , Yearly Renovations and Upgrade. We are a Family Resort not a frat house, Our minimum stay is 3 days, cancelation policy is 48 hrs. prior to check in. Most of our guest are weekly rentals cancelation policy is 30 days, prior to check in.
The Grey Lighthouse Cottages is the home of Sylvan Beach Radio. In the late 1800 to present day. The Town's history has always revolved around aspiring young people in music and other arts. In the earlier days there was a 20ft high slide from beach to lake. In 1950 entertainers like Frank Sinatra and Desi Arnaz roamed the streets looking for new acts. So in the spirit of the Founders of Sylvan Beach, Sylvan Beach Radio will continue this tradition. Our station is looking for New Musical Acts, Drawing Artist of Nature and Lake Views, and Portrait Cartoonist to promote.

Cottage 4: Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Living and 1 Bed Rooms. All one level, insulated, gas heat and wood stove.
Sylvan Beach is a Iconic family orientated hideaway located on Oneida Lake in beautiful Central Up State New York. Family Vacationers come from around the world to visit and sunbath along our shores. Town includes many privately owned fully furnished Rental Cottages (housing from 2 to 10 persons), Two Hotels, Several Restaurants and Night Life, Haunting Ghost and Pirates, Carousel and Penny Arcade, Amusement Park and Miniature Golfing.
