Ask about our fall weekend 3 day (Fri-Sun) deals. Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful, fully renovated house located in the heart of Sylvan Beach! Downstairs has a full sized kitchen with breakfast bar, small dining area, and full living room, along with 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. First floor laundry, too! The upstairs is in the process of a total makeover and will have 2 full bedrooms- one with a queen bed and a lake view, and the other with bunk beds. There will be a brand new full bathroom upstairs as well, a large living room with couch and seating area for 8, and a dry bar. The ceilings are 9' so it is so bright and open- and there is a sliding door to the balcony- with a lake view- this place really is a gem on the lake.
Please note: This WAS a fully furnished 3 bed, 1 bath camp, it will be 5 bedroom and 2 full baths. All of the pictures currently on the site (aside from balcony) are for the first floor, we are renovating the unfinished upper floor- we will update photos as we complete these areas this spring

What an experience!
This home is everything we expected and more! So much room, so close to the beach, gas station, Dollar Store, and convenience to everything. I was sad to go home. It was all the comforts of home. I haven't relaxed like this in a long time. Will be back next year!

We booked the house since we couldn't find lodging in the Pulaski area. Short drive to the Upper Fly Zone area. Nice house in nice neighborhood. House has everything you could need for a weeks stay. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Erie Canal. Sylvan Beach would be great for family summer vacation,
