Enjoy the sun drenched days of Negril on a two acre beach front estate offering uncompromised privacy with its two private beaches where swimsuits are optional.
The villa is rented in one-week minimum increments, Saturday-Saturday, in the high season (15 December -15 April) with a three-night minimum during the spring, summer and fall seasons (April 15 - Dec. 14).
Hotels could not provide more personable service than our staff of eight, which includes housekeepers, cooks, gardeners and security from dusk to dawn.
The staff provides 24 hour service and security every day of the week. A household guide is available in all the rooms at the house and can be printed from the web site once the booking has been confirmed. It requires an Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Resorts and hotels have long lines or require reservations for meals at specified times. Not here. Breakfast at 11 AM, lunch at 4 PM or dinner at 8 PM , no problem. Our staff will prepare legendary Jamaican cuisine while you enjoy the comfort and security of a large private estate.
With its four bedrooms and guest cottage, this villa/beachhouse will accommodate groups and families up to elevenfor the vacation of a lifetime. There are two master bedrooms downstairs each with a four poster, full-size bed under a canopy of mosquito netting. Each bathroom opens onto an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming. Upstairs there's a king bed and three twin beds in adjoining rooms sharing one central bathroom. There is a back staircase which can be used as a separate entrance especially after swimming. There are room safes in the main house and the cottage. We also have a child's daybed, cribs and two playpens.
With its vaulted living room ceiling the villa will resonate on a stereo system transforming it into an instrument itself. We have recently installed a 40" flat panel HD TV with local cable service. Internet access (DSL and Wi-Fi) will keep you connected to the world if that is your need. There is an Google Chromecast audio receiver in the stereo cabinet or a cable to connect directly to the amplifier from you laptop, tablet or telephone.
Shaded by centuries old cotton trees (kapok), almond and sea grape trees, the broad expanse of the lawns and beaches makes an ideal setting for a wedding in Jamaica. The seawall jutting into the sea is flanked by two beaches. Dining on the seawall for any meal of the day could be habit forming. Hammocks are available on request. The word hammock is an Arawak Indian word, so are the words tobacco, barbecue and canoe. What a life! Thank you, Tom Robbins in Even Cowgirls Get the Blues for that little bit of linguistic history.
The tennis court has recently been converted from a grass court to a Northeast Fast Dry, red clay court. If you want the availability of a tennis professional we will do our best to provide one for you. We also have a ping pong table, horseshoes, a croquet and volleyball set. There are also the traditional board games.
The Negril Hills Golf Club is just five minutes from the property by taxi.
There are benches, chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs scattered about the property.
Finally after years of lobbying the government, the local Chamber of Commerce has convinced the authorities to limit the number of licensed shows at night and to shut them down if the music is intrusive.
There are small patch reefs, coral gardens and caves surrounding the property along a thousand feet of sea front. We provide snorkeling gear at no extra cost to appreciate this marine world. Four sea kayaks which are available to the guests, also, at no extra cost. The kayaks can be rigged for one or two persons and carry an anchor and line for snorkeling either along the cliffs or out on Long Bay among the numerous patch reefs. We also have two standup paddle boards.
The personal workout center is on the veranda overlooking the sea. It has free weights, cushioned pads and two Bosu balls.
Airport transfers and excursions are available. The rate for transport between Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay and Llantrissant Beachcliff Villa in Negril is USD 100 for up to four guests, USD 25 for each additional guest thereafter.

Spring break with the kids
We had a lovely stay. Property has a wonderful authenticity and staff goes above and beyond. Excellent food! Enjoyed the beach, paddle boards and tennis. Would highly recommend!

Paradise!
There aren't enough good things to say about this place! From the moment you arrive you automatically begin to relax and just take it all in. It's impossible to not fall in love with this old creole cottage at first sight. The long porch is everyones favorite place to hang out, and Ann and Natalie's cooking is a highlight not to be missed! We enjoyed Lobster cooked 3-4 different ways, Jerk Chicken, Callalloo, Ackee and SaltFish and the list goes on. The beaches are protected so the water is calm most of the time, great for teaching a 3 year old to swim!!! Also perfect for lounging on rafts and floating the day away. There were beautiful sunrises and sunsets out on the point that may have been my favorites part of the stay! Danny takes extra care to ensure the grounds are beautiful at all times. The ping pong table on the point or the tennis court beside the house is perfect in the late afternoons for a quick game before dinner. Barry and Charmer are a welcome addition to getting everyone comfortable to their new surroundings, and its hard to not wanna just call in sick to work and stay forever!! Highly recommended! Love Love Love this place!!!
Beautiful, Relaxing
Our stay at Llantrissant was absolutely wonderful! The staff was amazing and so helpful. Ann and Natalie served us the most delicious meals and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, croquet, snorkeling, floating in the blue water, and just hanging out on the veranda. It was an incredibly fun and relaxing week in a stunning location!
