The residence is both minimalistic and modern consisting of 4 spacious bedroom suites and 4 bathrooms.As top floor unit it offers gorgeous views of lush, nature-filled surroundings.
Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club represents an ultimate Caribbean indulgence for traveler who is looking for luxurious accommodations set in the most beautiful surroundings. Property is located on 483 acres of pristine coconut palms and native maritime forest within 25 minutes driving distance of San Juan. It offers a magnificent two-mile crescent of sandy beach as well as an 18-hole golf course for those who a looking for an exceptional golf experience.
This luxurious apartment is located in a residential part of the resort. Guests will enjoy 3500 sq ft of beautifully designed and comfortably furnished space. The apartment offers 4 full bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms plus spacious open plan kitchen, dinning area, living room space , sunlit and generously furnished terraces and a fully equipped laundry room. Villa is located just few minute walk away from the beach and members pool pictured on the first photo. Las Verandas development offers access to its own residential pool. Apartment can comfortably accommodate 10 people. There are four spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom contains king size bed, one guest bedroom is outfitted with one queen size bed, second has two queen size bed and forth has a large pull out sofa.
Villa is located just 6 minute walk away from the beach or a quick zip via golf cart (available for rent).
There are five different restaurants located on the property that very from fine dining to beachside grill. The guest will have access to three pools. The members pool and St. Regis offer full service with drinks and dining options. The resort also features a range of sporting amenities such as wellness center, tennis courses and yoga classes. Head to the resort’s Beach House and you can choose complimentary kayaks, sailboats and mountain bikes to equip you to explore further. A few miles away you can also discover the hidden wild life, waterfalls and trails of El Yunque National Rainforest.
For additional fees of $75 per day the guests can secure a golf cart to help you get around this vast property. Also St. Regis offers daily Jeep rentals for $120 per day. Normally taxi service from SJU to BBR will cost about $85 one way therefore it maybe worth renting a car for the full stay. You will have access to two parking spots on the premises.

Resort fees of $50 per group up to 10 guests per day will be paid separately on site. Resort passes grant unlimited access to all the Bahia amenities for duration of your stay, you will also have access to amenities of St. Regis hotel (pool, beach etc).

Absolutely stunning...
Amazing experience and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, well appointed and met all of our needs as a family of 5. Beautiful resort and amenities were well used. Our concierge, Ley, was so thoughtful and always there to support us, even surprised us with hot bread and donuts.
