Our villa, Verandas 1102, is located within the exclusive Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club at the St. Regis. Situated on 483 gated lush acres of a former coconut plantation, Bahia offers an unparalleled experience allowing guests to escape to a luxurious, relaxing resort with amazing amenities.
As you drive through the gates at the entrance to the resort, you will immediately be transported to a tropical paradise located near El Yunque (the only rainforest in the U.S. Forest System) and situated on two miles of pristine, sandy and secluded ocean beach. Relaxation awaits you whether you choose to play the challenging Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course located at the resort, enjoy the exclusive Remède Spa or an exquisite dinner at 'Fern' the Jean-Georges' restaurant at the St. Regis. You could also choose to take a tennis lesson with our amazing Tennis Pro, at one of the four courts at the resort or even utilize the new gym available exclusively for the guests of the villas featuring cardio equipment, weights, a spinning studio and pilates equipment.
A very private pool reserved for guests of the villas awaits you just steps away from your doorstep, featuring cabana beds and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun as well as a pool table and grill to accommodate an impromptu barbecue; this pool experience is not to be missed.
You can also enjoy the exquisite St. Regis Hotel pool and its wonderful restaurant, as well as the beautiful pool at the Beach Club situated right on the ocean, featuring a poolside bar with an amazing food menu and plenty of seating for relaxing poolside. There is also a wonderful full service restaurant at the Beach Club.
Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club is truly an outdoors lovers' paradise. Take advantage of the boat house located steps from our villa and kayak, paddle board, or sail on the beautiful Lake while taking in the Certified Gold Audubon International Signature wildlife sanctuary around you. You may also walk, jog or use the bikes available at the boat house to venture along the nature trails that run throughout the beautiful grounds of the resort and enjoy the unparallelled beauty of this one-of-a-kind luxury resort.
You may search for beautiful sand dollars at the resort's private beach or relax in the hammocks or beach beds available for guests. You may also walk all the way to the entrance of the Espiritu Santo River and collect exotic sea shells to remind you of your experience at Bahia Beach.
All the comforts of home await you at our immaculate villa with high-end furnishings, a gourmet fully-equipped kitchen and amazing outdoor patio space. The villa features 3 bedrooms (Master Suite, Children's Suite and 3rd bedroom with a queen bed) and three full bathrooms.
In the Master Suite, you will find a king size bed, TV and gorgeous views to the outside as well as access to the patio. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, a spacious stand-up shower for two, a large jacuzzi tub and a separate room with toilet and bidet.
In the Children's Suite, you will find double bunk beds featuring two double beds and two twin beds, beautifully outfitted with lush duvet covers and an en suite full bathroom.
The 3rd room features an en suite full bathroom, queen-size bed and TV.
The sumptuous living room area has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the 9th hole through the french doors to the outside. You may also spend time outdoors enjoying the comfortable patio furniture while cooking on the gas grill.
For those who want to cook, a gourmet kitchen awaits you, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and all the kitchen tools you could possibly need. The glass-top dining table features seating for 6 and the spacious breakfast bar has seating for 4.
We include use of a Golf Cart that seats 4 adults, to allow efficient transportation throughout the resort.

Perfect place for a family
We loved Antonio’s place and the st Regis resort. So clean, well stocked, high end and beautiful. We have three young boys who loved all the toys in the house and the set up was perfect for young children. The pools are amazing and the beach gorgeous. Antonio was super responsive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was fantastic, small group of 4, the amenities provided was outstanding, who has black truffle oil and white truffle oil for their renters. This is our 7th annual September vacation to Puerto Rico is rated one of the nicest ever. We shall return.
