Beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom (and a twin bed loft), 2.5 bath private home located within the property of the Dragon Cay Resort (formerly Blue Horizon Resort).
Breathtaking ocean views from the expansive deck where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise, watch for whales during the high season and also amaze at the beautiful sunsets!
Just a short 2 min walk to 2200 square feet of natural soft sandy beachfront. During low tide you can walk out to Dragon Cay rock (water shoes recommended, as the rocks can be a little sharp) or snorkel and spot the resident barracuda.
Middle Caicos is the largest of the 8 inhabited Turks and Caicos Islands, but least developed and populated.
You will find tranquility, privacy and peacefulness, unlike that of so many other Caribbean islands. If you are looking for nightlife, this island is not for you. If you are adventurous and enjoy the laidback feel of island life, than you have found your perfect retreat!
Our management will greet you at the ferry dock and escort you back to the villa where you will get an orientation and any questions you have will be addressed.

Amazing house with a million dollar view
We loved our experience at Whale Watch. The villa was just as described but even better in person! The view was absolutely incredible from each of the bedrooms and the living room. The front porch was amazing whether it was coffee, cocktails or a book, we really enjoyed relaxing there with that mesmerizing view!! It was so easy to get there. Taxi's take you directly to the ferry which is about 25 minutes from the airport and will even stop at the market, though we later learned that you can get quite a bit on North from various small markets there. We rented a car from Al's ahead of time and it was a beautiful 25 minute ride to the house. The kitchen was well stocked
