With stunning views over the Caribbean sea, Cassava, Bequia is set within its own grounds less than two hundred paces up from Lower Bay, a short meander down to one of the Grenadine's finest swimming beaches. The expansive ocean-facing coral stone terrace, which spans the full width of the house is the main living area, the perfect place to relax with a cool drink and watch the sun set. To the left a carved wooden entrance leads into the dining room and to the right, beyond a deep, cushioned seating area, is the master bedroom with its own private terrace, large dressing room and bathroom. On a lower level two double/twin rooms with en suite shower rooms lead onto their own leafy terraces with sea views. A calm courtyard with frangipani and ginger lilies has a sandstone urn spilling cool water into a lily pond behind the house and steps leading to a rooftop sun terrace.
4, managed by Lucille Cozier, ( with chef possible by arrangement), Cassava can accommodate up to 6 guests. (if required, a smaller house close by can accommodate a further 6 people upon request.)
Wifi, ipod docks, cable tv, safes and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, larder fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Included during high season are the daily services of our housekeeper for a sweep and tidy and for a mid-week change of linen. Additional services of a chef for breakfast and either lunch or dinner can be discussed with rates on request if required.

Rental Notes
Booking deposits: are non refundable.
Cancellation: within 60 days of confirmation and payment of any outstanding balance will result in a charge of 100% of the rental amount unless a replacement booking is obtained and in which case we will refund the difference between what was due under the agreement and what has been obtained from a replacement booking. We recommend cancellation insurance.
Damage deposits: will be held and returned within 7 days of departure subject to our terms and conditions.
Gratuities: If you have enjoyed your stay and would like to leave a tip for the house staff, please give it to the house manager. It will much be appreciated, as work is very seasonal on the island.

Included in the rental price: are the services of a Housekeeper for a mid-week cleaning service and change of linen, all utility bills including gas, electricity, water, internet, cable, & garden maintenance.
In High Season our housekeeper comes in on weekdays if required to tidy and help with breakfast. In Low Season or if required by the Client, additional daily maid or laundry services can be arranged through the house manager. For information and cost of extra services detailing chef and staff services, jeep hire etc, please request.
Use of the Property: The Client expressly agrees that the present rental agreement consists of a temporary vacation lease for the use of the property other than as a permanent dwelling.
Liability: The Owners assume no responsibility for injuries or death to the Client or persons renting and/or guests of the Clients on the property

Beautiful island, perfect house

Excellent experience. Staff was wonderful and house was perfect fit for our needs. Difficult to leave in the end. Would like to visit again in the future.

Spring Break in Bequia

The Cassava house was a wonderful, relaxing and scenic place to stay. Lucille our host was more than accommodating to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Thora the house keeper did a fantastic job making our stay comfortable . We would highly recommend renting from Alexandra and staying at Cassava house
