This studio unit is located on the first floor of 2 stories villa. It has a private entry from the back, next to the common pool area and private outdoor shower. It is a perfect quite place for a single guest or couples. We provide fast internet connection throughout the property. We also provide stand up paddle boards , kayaks , beach chairs, and umbrella for our guests use.
Sea La Vie is only a couple minutes from Long Bay Beach makes it the perfect destination in Turks and Caicos for your next getaway. The naturally beautiful conditions allow for limitless activities, endless relaxation and an unforgettable kiteboarding experience. Ideal for couples, families, or friends - Sea La Vie will leave you revitalized and nourished with its organic atmosphere, landscape, and luxurious care. Our many offered services will also make your stay very easy and enjoyable !
Sea La Vie is only a few minutes drive from the Grace Bay resorts, restaurants, and shopping. However, it is not within convenient walking distance of these areas. Therefore, we highly recommend a rental car during your stay. There are several car rental companies located at, or near the airport. We also offer hassle free competitive rental car.

AMAZING
My husband and I stayed in the suite next to the pool and it suit our needs perfectly. Majid and Suzanne were the BEST hosts! The grounds are spectacular and everything was extremely clean. There is so much attention to detail. It’s a quick 3 min walk to, what we considered, the most beautiful beach in all of Turks and Caicos. We took the ferry to North Caicos and rented a car to also get to Middle Caicos. None of the beaches were as pretty as our condo’s beach (with the exception of Three Mary Cay on North Caicos). We also went to Grace Bay Beach and Malcom Roads Beach...still Long Bay Beach was the best. Majid has lots of beach toys and the kite surfing is sight to see!! Thanks so much Sea la Vie!!!!

A little piece of Island heaven
We stayed 13 nights at Sea La Vie-April 4-17, 2019. This amazing property is in the quiet area of beautiful Long Bay Beach which is just a short drive away from the Grace Bay Area where there are many shops and delicious places to eat and enjoy the stunning beach of Grace Bay. Majid and Suzanne are gracious hosts and we enjoyed spending some time with each of them. They had so many wonderful tips on places to see and eat and we loved their Chihuahua Rosie. They are the most responsive hosts to any requests or questions and their property is so well taken care of. Peter works tirelessly on keeping the grounds up. We have rented many condos around the world through HomeAway style companies but Sea La Vie is the most amazing experience to date. We stayed in the lower studio apartment for 4 nights before moving to the 1-bedroom BR unit. Both units were so clean and well taken care of and both had full kitchens with large refrigerators which is unique for rentals. The 1 Bedroom unit is so large we could have lived there permanently and been very comfortable, and the studio was extremely roomy as well. The beach area is a very short walk away and is incredibly beautiful with the warmest Ocean water we have ever swam in, and we loved the pool as well, which was very clean and warm. Most of the time when we used the pool it was just us there and we felt like it was our private pool. When other guests were there it was fun hearing their Island experiences and where they traveled from. Renting a car is necessary to get to the condos and sight see. We rented from Rent A Buggy. Things we very much enjoyed: Snorkeling at Smith’s reef is a must as well as at “Somewhere”. We took the ferry over to North and Middle Caicos and rented a vehicle there where we enjoyed Mudjin beach, seeing flamingos and at the far tip on Middle Caicos the incredibly gorgeous but secluded beach called Bambarra Beach (like the delicious Rum). Suzanne and Majid steered us to Da Conch Shack (yum), and Magnolia’s for a sunset dinner(make reservations days ahead), lunch at The Grill and on the way to Sapodilla Beach (a must see) eat at Bugaloos in the gorgeous Chalk Sound area. Also in that area the sunsets at Taylor Bay are to die for. Mother’s Pizza in Grace Bay is so yummy. So many gorgeous beaches to find and relax on. We can’t thank Majid and Suzanne and of course Rosie for the most epic of relaxing and fun trips. It was difficult to leave this gorgeous Island to say the least.

Great stay in Paradise
Sea la Vie was the perfect stay for us in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is located amongst a developing nice neighborhood on Long Bay Beach, and within short driving distance of Grace Bay and Sapodilla Bay. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially how quiet everything was. Favorite things about the property were the beach with shaded area, pool, and complete kitchen. If you visit, plan to bring body wash and shampoo, since those were not supplied and are quite costly once down there.
