Or walk along the beach to the clear waters of Playa Mar Chiquita where you can snorkel, eat freshly made Puerto Rican food, or enjoy a tropical drink.

Felix and Nancy's place was perfect- beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. I mean they thought of everything, right down to a first aid kit and beach bags. The property manager was delightful and accommodating. The only thing that would make the place better is if it was RIGHT on Mar Chiquita.

Perfect for families and snorkelers
The condo has beautiful views and was very comfortable for our family of 4. The owners provide lots of beach equipment and towels so you don't have to pack as much. While you can't swim directly in front of the property (currents are too strong), there are tons of cool tide pools to explore. The best part is you are a super short walk to the Mar Chiquita beach. What a great beach! It's got something for everybody. Relaxing on the sand, wading in the water, and snorkeling. It's so great to be able to just swim out a few feet and see so many beautiful fish and coral. We even saw an octopus. The beach does get a bit more crowded and loud on the weekend but still lots of fun. The condo's location is also great for day tripping. You're staying in a quiet neighborhood but you're a short trip to San Juan and we made several trips to the eastern side of the island for a catamaran trip and El Yunque. There's a grocery store with just about everything you need that's only .5 miles away and a Walmart fairly close by if you need any specialty stuff. If you don't feel like going to the ocean there's a swimming pool right next door that you can relax in.
