Our property has the best view in the area and is 3-5 minute walk and 1 minute driving to public beach (Marchiquita). This beach is considered a Nature Reserve in Puerto Rico. There are only 12 other nature reserve areas in Puerto Rico. In the vicinity there are three other beaches really nice too! (La Poza de las Mujeres, La Esperanza beach and Los Tubos beach).
From beach property you have spectacular 180 degrees ocean view from outside terrace! You can enjoy the ocean breeze, moon and stars in the sky from the outside deck!
The house has an indoor living and dining area, family room with flat screen TV, cable connection, free wifi internet access, DVD, CD player, and radio. It has fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker etc.
The first bedroom has 1 bunk bed (twin/double) and an additional twin bed in same room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning, as well as a dresser and double closets. The family/TV room has a queen size sofa bed, air conditioner and ceiling fan which can be used In I as a third bedroom.
There is a covered ocean front terrace, an outside deck and a BBQ grill area in the garden of the property. In addition to air conditioners in bedrooms, the house has ceiling fans and operable windows with screens.
Amenities: hair dryer, table top games, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and tourist information and maps.
Housekeeping is included before check in and after rental check out. Additional housekeeping is available upon request with an added fee of $60.00 for each extra housekeeping day requested.
Through cable TV, US networks can be seen. The radio has an English speaking station.
Available for toddlers are 2 baby play pen cribs, 1 car seat, 2 booster seats ( upon request).
There is an outside garden area for smokers since there is a no smoking policy inside the house.
Grocery store and bakery is walking distance to the house. One minute by car! In this bakery you can eat breakfast or take away food.
In case of any property assistance, there are some nearby contacts that can help you immediately. Contact phone number will be left on premises. These resources are bilingual, so they should not have problems communicating with you.

Villa Charespi is a perfect destination
The photos on the property ad do not fully capture the beauty of this location. The ocean view is simply, stunning. The house and garden are well kept. We enjoyed having a terrace with a sun exposed area and a sandy area. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the terrace and inside the house. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. AC and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. The area is quiet at night and the house feels very secure. There are beautiful beaches in the area. Mar Chiquita beach is great as is Playa Puerto Nuevo in Vega Baja—and just 15 minutes away. The beach at the end of the Los Tubos hiking trail is awesome and highly recommended. San Juan is an easy 40 minutes drive away but it was great to return to a peaceful house. We have rented several properties in PR and this one was,by far, the best. We hope to return again, soon.

Awesome property.
We loved our stay. A nice cozy home set above the ocean. Surf sounds, great views and wonderful hosts. Maria and Jorge took us from our rental car pick up to the home. Clean, breezy and relaxing. All we could want. A nice grocery store close by for all our needs. We were close to San Juan - about a 40 minute drive where we spent New Years Eve watching the fireworks. The nearby beach - Mar Chiquita, was a great spot to watch the waves roll in. A short walk or an even shorter drive. Thanks Maria and Jorge. Hope to see you again.

The Views
Beautiful property, owners are quick and attentive and truely care about there beach house. The ocean sounds are very relaxing and the property is very well maintained and clean. It is an hours drive in any direction to hit some hot spots on the island. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house! Gregory
