Description
This tropical, waterfront home, offers that wonderful tranquility after your days excursion of the Spice Isle. A three bedroom two bath that is exquisitely furnished with English pine and rattan furniture and tastefully decorated with bright Caribbean colours.

Ixora Villa is located in the South of Grenada in Lance Aux Epines. The Villa is located right on water in a protected cove and has its own jetty. About a 15 minutes drive to our famous beaches, banks and shopping. Close enough to everything yet far enough away to relax!
Layout of the Villa:
The villa is pretty much on one level, with only one or two steps down to the pool area. A very open plan villa that embodies Tropical living. The Living room is the center of the house, with the kitchen and dining room off to the left and three bedrooms to the right. The pool and gazebo area are on the Bayfront side of the house with steps leading to the lower gazebo and jetty.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the middle and front bedroom share a bathroom. Bedrooms are screened for mosquitoes and have fans and air-conditioning.

Perfect vacation house!
We went to Grenada because it was one of the few Caribbean islands we had not visited and to celebrate one of those dreaded "zero" birthdays. Grenadians are some of the most friendly and delightful people in the Caribbean led by Kim the manager of Ixora. She is very good at assisting with the whole process of arranging for the house, getting you there and making sure you are enjoying the house and the island. Kim and her husband do an excellent job of making you feel welcome and answering any and all questions. Ixora was perfect for what we wanted; nice design, well equiped, furnished and maintained with a lovely yard and great pool. Although the house is in a residential neighbourhood, it was very private. We spent nine days there leaving the house only when necessary to buy supplies, go to the beach (great beaches!) or to one of the many excellent restaurants. One of the great features of Ixora is Theresa who comes in the mornings to clean. Very nice lady and also a very good cook. Loved the curry she made for us! I highly recommend Ixora if you want an excellent location for a memorable vacation.

Tropical Paradise
This villa was attractive, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Relax by the pool with tropical breezes blowing. Enjoy dinner poolside overlooking the water. Maid service carried out by a delightful woman was a treat. We enjoyed our April 2019 stay.

Very happy with the entire villa
I was pleasantly surprised from the start of my visit. From the collection of the airport and through out our stay. The Villa was clean and uniquely laid out. A very quiet location that was easily accessible from the town and airport. I will definitely stay at the Villa again.
