YES it is easy to do day trips from the Escape Away Beach house to the Mayan Ruins and the Cave Tubing.
Our tour guide picks you up from our private dock in the morning, takes you to the Mayan Ruins and Cave Tubing for the day and then brings you safely back to our private dock for dinner.

#1 - we have a convenient 4 seat golf cart available on site for you at $39 US per day if you rent if for your entire stay. Otherwise the daily rate is $79 US per day.
#2 - six seat Golf Cart is available for $69 per day only for our Escape Away Beach House guests - best rate guaranteed! The $69 rate is effective if it is rented for every day of your stay. Daily rental is $109 per day otherwise.
By golf cart, at 20 miles per hour, it takes 24 minutes to San Pedro town center. There are fun stores, cafes, resorts and restaurants to see all along the way.

Our most wonderful and memorable family vacation
Wow!Wow!Wow !!!!what an amazing Caribbean vacation. Thanks to Escape Away Beach House staff our vacation was worry free, I didn't cook or clean and my husband caught us fish to grill. The meals were always taken care of and Chef Judith always prepared my kids their favorite cake desert every night. We love the new swimming pool - I spent lazy afternoons working on my sun tan beside the pool. I loved reading some good novels that I have been meaning to get to without any stress. My family is still talking about our diving trip to the reef which is only a short kayak ride from the house. We went out every morning as the sea was super calm and the kids took beautiful under water pictures of the incredible fish and colorful coral. We spent our evenings fishing and telling stories at the end of the dock under the Palapa. The kids loved driving the golf cart to town and shopping downtown San Pedro. We will be back again :) I recommend the Escape Away Belize beach house to anyone that wants to relax on a beautiful Caribbean beach with everything taken care of.
