Royal Palms Estate is a 7000 square foot home on almost half an acre of land, located on one level in a very quiet and convenient location in the east village of Ajijic, one block from Lake Chapala. This is a house made for entertaining. The extensively renovated house features a 700 square foot eat in kitchen overlooking the pool and outdoor living areas which include a dining table for 8, an outdoor kitchen with bar, fridge and BBQ, and large screen TV and seating. There is a washroom poolside with a shower and a separate change room. Inside the house there is a formal dining room for 12, an office and another TV room. The master bedroom is approximately 800 square feet and features a walk out to the pool and adjoining ensuite with large tub and large shower. There are two casitas (guest rooms) in the back of the property offering your guests the ultimate in privacy. One is 600 square feet with a king size bed and the other is 250 square feet, with a queen size bed. Both have ensuite bathrooms, beautiful views to the back garden and pool, and offer private lounging areas. There is a 5th bedroom on the second story of the home that is 500 square feet offering a King bed and magnificent views of the mountains, with an adjoining ensuite bathroom. This bedroom opens up onto the rooftop mirador, which offers fabulous mountain and town views. Our bilingual property manager will ensure your comfort during your stay. From the house, you may walk to a host of the best restaurants in the village, the town square, and the famous Wednesday market. Gardening and pool maintenance provided 5 days per week and maid service one weekly.

beautiful property, beautifully appointed and very conveniently located.
The property itself is awesome- large rooms, lots of space and well appointed. Great outdoor space, lovely landscaping with a beautiful pool. Although there just 2 of us, the house itself is well suited for a large group with 5 well separated, large bedrooms, a large modern kitchen, formal indoor dining and great dining and covered outdoor living space including an outdoor kitchen, change room and bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts made sure that we had everything we needed. Great privacy with a high wall surrounding the property- step outside and you are close to every amenity in Ajijic

Easter vacation
Lovely time to stay in the village. House was fantastic for our needs. It was very spacious and the pool area was just great. The house really added to our experience. It was within walking distance of all restaurants, the Plaza and the beautiful malecon. Having stayed in the village many times it was, without doubt, the best accommodation we have had. Thank you to all.
