2 bed villa, completely renovated in 2019, on the preferred South Finger.
We are pleased to offer Latitude 17, a beautifully newly renovated villa on the waters edge located on the highly sought after South finger of Jolly Harbour.
As new owners of Latitude 17 we wanted to offer our guests the most recently updated villa and provide you with the same high standards of guest services that our property manager has provided over the past number of years.
Latitude 17 is situated on the more favorable South Finger at Jolly Harbour, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful, long white sandy beach where water sports are offered including water skiing, water bicycles and jet skis. Located on the beach is Castaways Restaurant Rum and Wine Bar where you can enjoy a cocktail whilst watching the sunset. They also offer beach side service for food and cocktails and the use of their beach chairs with umbrellas.
The Villa is laid out over two floors and is fully air conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all rooms, Wi-Fi and fly screens. Our villa water is filtered and UV light sanitized. On the ground floor is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a large comfortable lounge area with cable TV. There is the option for use of the on-site washer and dryer at an additional fee. The living area leads to a partially covered patio with table and chairs. Upstairs are two large, airy bedrooms. The marina side bedroom has a KING bed and access to a balcony with outside seating to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The front side bedroom has a QUEEN bed. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with hand held and rain shower heads.
Jolly Harbour is a gated community with 24 hour security, it offers every amenity, a large well stocked supermarket, numerous bars and restaurants, banks, beauty salon, car hire and golf cart rental. There is also a large Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and an 18 hole golf course.

Great apartment in an ideal location

Great place to stay in Antigua
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa 229F in Jolly Harbour. Upon our arrival we met Jenny who was fantastic. She showed us around the villa and informed us about what the area has to offer. She wanted us to have an enjoyable stay and offered to help us in any way she could. There was even a phone provided to keep in contact with her if there were any queries. We liked the open floor plan of the villa and its full kitchen amenities. It was comfortable, clean and fully air conditioned. Also enjoyed the beautiful view from both upper and lower balconies overlooking the water, watching the boats sail by and looking at the mountains in the background outlining the sleeping Indian. The villa is just a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach with turquoise waters and watersport activities. There is also a grocery store called Epicurean that is close by, as well as, numerous restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Overall, we had a great stay and we were very happy! Thank you, Bill and Jenny, for a great experience! We would definitely recommend and stay here again…

Beautiful villa right next to the Harbour with everything you need for a great stay
This Jolly Harbour villa is fantastic! A small but comfortable spot with all the amenities you need for a great stay. All the rooms have A/C which was incredibly enjoyable when you want to escape the heat and rest for a while.The back patio is nestled into the Harbour, and is great for lounging and enjoying the view of the water and mountains in the background. The location is perfect; it’s a 3 minute walk to Castaways, a beautiful beach with an outdoor bar and restaurant. It’s a wonderful spot to explore on your first day through your last. The local supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, which has everything you could want, from food and drinks to soap and toothpaste. It really helps if you forget to bring something! I could not recommend this villa enough, it made my experience that much better. Thank you Bill Montgomery for having us and always making sure we had everything we need! Truly, if you are considering staying here, do it!!
