The property is very private and accessible only through private electric gates. The new swimming pool, and over a thousand square feet of tiled patio, provides wonderful outdoor space to enjoy the weather and the views. Cane Bay Cottage is perfectly suited for a couples retreat, girls outing or a family vacation. Why rent a condo or multiple hotel rooms when you can have your own secluded private residence!
Cane Bay Cottage is located a quarter mile from the beach and within a half-mile of three waterfront casual restaurants plus a romantic beach side bistro. For scuba diving enthusiasts, visit the Cane Bay Dive shop where you can rent your scuba gear, walk across the beach, and within minutes you are exploring the famous Wall Dive. Golfers can enjoy the Robert Trent Jones designed Carambola Golf Course which is only a 10 minute drive away.
In the master bedroom you will wake up to the stunning view after a restful night on your king size bed complete with a new, top-of-line memory foam mattress. The master also includes a flat screen HD TV and its own recently remodeled private bathroom. Each of the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and share a newly remodeled bathroom featuring stone tile shower and granite counter top vanity. All of the bedrooms have their own ultra-quiet split A/C units for a cool, comfortable night’s sleep. There are ceiling fans in every room and new travertine tile flooring throughout the entire house. Cable TV and Wi-Fi high-speed internet service are all included.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops. There is both an indoor and a covered outdoor dining area each providing seating for 6. The comfortable living room includes a flat screen HD TV while the outdoor covered gallery sitting area includes a sofa and 2 swivel rockers. A washer and dryer are also available for your use.
Enjoy the spectacular view of Cane Bay while relaxing in the pool or while soaking up the sun on the pool deck chaise lounge chairs. For an added touch, connect to the stereo system and listen poolside to your favorite music through the Yamaha speaker system.
The lush tropical landscape adds to the island feel and is complete with palm trees, pineapple plants and three varieties of Mango trees, Papaya trees, and even an Avocado tree. Your Crucian tropical retreat awaits you!

Perfection
The property is beautiful and well maintained. The large covered porch is ideal for relaxing, eating and just living outside. Inside the house has been beautifully renovated; the beds were so comfortable. Excellent extras: outdoor shower, coolers, beach towels, snorkel gear provided, and the best drinking water I've ever tasted. For my elderly parents the uneven surface and steepness of the driveway was a challenge, but we all got used to it and made it work. The lighting and railing on the stairway made it easy for them coming and going from the house. Kevin and Terri are responsive and concerned owners. If possible, I'd give our concierge, Collette five stars. She was attentive; meeting us upon arrival with homemade punch and showing us around the house. She checked in with us during our stay and was patient to answer all of our questions. She represents the best in St Croix customer service; an outstanding professional.

Beautiful house with breath taking views
Our family recently stayed at the place and it exceeded our expectations. Collete ensured a smooth check in process and gave us great recommendations. Enjoyed the wonderful view of cane bay, and snorkeling at cane bay beach was amazing. Our kids enjoyed swiming with fish, occasional sea turtles and other creatures. At the end of each day we cooled down in the pool and used the grill to make dinner w hile enjoying the sunset view. Definetly recommend.

What a beautiful place. Clean, comfortable, aesthetic and the panoramic views; my family was in awe.... Collette was a wonderful help through the arrival process and with anything we needed throughout the week. How lucky you are to be able to call an oasis such as St. Croix home. The views, the sunsets, the access to nature and the people are all spectacular. (Hiking, snorkeling, kayaking!) We could have stayed at a resort, but nothing could have compared to the comforts and million dollar view this home provides. Hope to be back again some day.
