The 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom Penthouse Suite is located on the top floors of the best located building of the highly sought after Blue Bay Golf and Beach resort.
The views from the penthouse suite are truly magnificent. With uninterrupted views of the tropical beach, the Caribbean Sea and coastline, and awesome sunsets right from your apartment and its balconies. See the pictures.
The Penthouse suite is your home away from home with everything you need. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. ( 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) It is perfect for three or four couples or one or two families.. There is also a small baby bed, children chair etc. to cater for guests with babies or (very) young children. All rooms are very spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well maintained.
The main floor features the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, balcony and three spacious bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and built in cupboards. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor of the penthouse also with en suite bathroom, private terrace with beautiful views of the beach and the turquoise sea. You are literally above and beyond the beach (and other condos and suites) Every room on both floors, the living and kitchen are fully air-conditioned. Next to 220V there are 110 V outlets to accommodate international travelers. There is secure, fast and free wi-fi. There is alsao a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The A1 location, views, space, amenities and quality sets the Penthouse suite apart from other apartments, condo's, hotel suites etc. There is no comparison really; Beware of so called "beach villas" or apartments or "hotel villas". Check for size, space, location, amenities, proximity and effort to reach beach, restaurants ,etc)
Blue Bay Beach and Golf Resort is a gated, luxurious and very well maintained resort. The 18 holes (par 72) golf course is beautifully integrated and blended in the natural beauty of the resort. It is also conveniently and centrally located on Curacao's South-West coast. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Two large supermarkets and a new shopping mall (Sambil) is only a 5-minute drive away. Downtown Willemstad is only a safe 10 minutes drive away. (Hiring a rental car is recommended, also for your day trips)
The resort has one of the best beaches of Curacao. You can swim, snorkel, sup, kayak, surf and dive, You can get your official PADI diving certification if you wish, explore house reefs or go on a boat dive, It is also possible to book fishing trips or make boat dives. Or just relax in the sun or shade. Beach access and the use of beach beds and chairs are free of charge for our guests. The pool is located next to the building and only available for guests of the Blue Emerald Ocean Suites and The Penthouse.
The 18 holes (par 72) golf course is one of the best in the Caribbean. It stretches alongside the Caribbean Sea and the resort. It is a joy for players of every level. There is a driving range and pro shop (lessons and clinics as well). Penthouse guests are eligible for a 30% discount on green fees on the Blue Bay Golf Course.
There are two tennis courts on the resort. Floodlit after sunset. Also there are health and fitness possibilities (yoga and fitness). In the high season there are also massage and pedicure services on the beach. And there is a playground and small kids club too.
On Blue Bay you have the choice between three restaurants "Pictures" and Azzurro" on and near the beach. And “Lemongrass” at the terrace of the Landhuis (Thu-Sun only). There is also a wide variety of good restaurants nearby. Our guestbook provides you recommendations. If you wish you can also have our home chef prepare and cook dinners for you.

Electricity up to 50 kWh and water up to 1 m3 per day is included in the rental price. This is sufficient for normal usage.
(This represents a total value over € 200 for 1 week) Extra usage will be subtracted from the security deposit. The rate for electricity is € 0.45 per kWh and for water € 7 per m3. (These are actual rates from Aqualectra Curacao, Utilities are very expensive in Curacao)

Over the top - greatest Appartement on earth
This place is like heaven! Spacious, awesome furniture, lovely decorated and overlooking the wonderful Blue Bay Beach! We loved sitting on the huge balcony watching the sunset! The kitchen is fully equipped, you'll miss nothing! Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are huge! Perfect for families! The beach is awesome, you can snorkel at your own reef and see the underwater nature! Just impressive. We would love to come back!

Perfect location in Blue Bay Resort Curacao
My husband and I and 3 grown children were looking for a good scuba diving location in Curacao. This property couldn't have been better. Two of us were experienced divers, one was looking for a PADI Scuba class and 2 were non-divers. Blue Bay Resort offered various PADI classes as well as a refresher. It's located about 20 minutes from Willemstad, so some of us were able to tour the town (Jewish history tour and a culinary tour). Great location! 4 spacious bedrooms with private baths and a very well-equipped large kitchen and common area accommodated everybody very comfortably. The on-site property manager, Lisette, is one of the best features. She arranged a taxi for one of us, ran over to show us how to use the oven/microwave, and generally answered any questions at any time. We used WhatsApp to message back and forth. I'm glad we took the suggestion to rent a car (grocery shopping, getting into Willemstad and other parts of the island) as there is no public transportation (that we saw) and no ride sharing. It was a wonderful way for the family to get together and a beautiful location.

Great family week in Curacao
We had a little trouble with the AC in the upstairs bedroom the first couple of days. Even though it was running it was not cooling. We turned it off on the third day and then back on, then it got too cold even though we kept turning it up until it was set on 30. Our overall impression of the property was very good and we had a very nice vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay again
