Sirena Bay Estate offers a beautiful Historic ocean side estate with private beach, pool and personalized concierge service. This private setting provides a place to simply relax and enjoy the ocean views or take a swim in your own private pool. The 18th century Dutch ‘Landhuis’ with the other historical buildings on the estate accommodates 2 to 20 guests and makes Sirena Bay ideal for a vacation with friends or family. The entire estate is yours to use exclusively.
This distinctive address right in the heart of Willemstad, offers all the luxury of the finest resorts, but with much greater space, peace and privacy.
Within walking distance you will find several cocktail and wine bars and some of the best restaurants of Curacao. More than 5 excellent restaurants are within 2 blocks from the Estate. The world famous Emma Bridge and the lovely UNESCO recognized architecture of downtown Willemstad is less than 10 minutes on foot. The popular and trendy Pietermaai district, famous for the best jazz bars and live music, is just 5 minutes away by foot.
If you wish for a private dinner at the house, you can use our BBQ and the kitchen in the main house. Of course we can also make reservations for a private chef who can prepare a complete menu for your group from an Italian evening to a romantic culinary dinner on the beach, anything is possible!

In the ocean in front of the estate you will find beautiful ancient coral, which is perfect for diving or snorkeling. You can enter the ocean by the stairs on our beach. Next to our estate is a small protected bay perfect for smaller children to play in the ocean with sun beds, a beach bar and restaurant. Curacao is famous for her many hidden sandy bays and beaches, there are so many places to enjoy a beautiful day! Our concierge team is ready to help you make your stay on our beautiful island the most enjoyable and memorable vacation possible.
Personal service
At Sirena Bay Estate we offer the maximum in comfort and personal service to guarantee you and your group the ultimate vacation. Our team will assist you with reservations for reputable restaurants, island tours, car rental, events calendars. Among many other requests, we can arrange a private chef to prepare you and your guests a special meal, a personal massage or private yoga lesson on the beach. Our friendly housekeepers take care of all accommodations, beach, pool and terraces each day. Sheets are changed every 3 days and we provide fresh bath towels and beach towels every day. We also have many additional services available for you, such as; breakfast, airport transfers and grocery shopping before arrival or during your stay. Each of our guests have unique requests, you need only ask and our team will be very happy to assist!
Included
Sirena Bay is rented as a private and exclusive estate; the entire Estate is yours for up to 20 people in your party. Guests receive complete and personalized concierge service, daily room and grounds cleaning, air conditioning, wifi, a telephone for local calls, and of course, water, electricity, sheets, towels, beach towels and beach beds.
Sirena Bay's minimum rental period is for a three night stay. Your rental includes our entire property exclusively.
Accommodations
The ‘Landhuis’ (6 people)
The Manor House luxuriously accommodates 6 guests in 3 large bedrooms each with beautiful en suite bathrooms with shower and tub. The large, fully equipped kitchen, living area and TV room offer comfortable space for gathering. If your party includes more than 6 guests, the following accommodations are available as well. The entire estate is yours to use exclusively during your stay.
Sea View Apartment (upper floor) (6 people)
The sea view apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons and features a covered terrace overlooking the sea. This charming apartment has 2 bedrooms and one open loft bedroom above the living room on the second floor. There is one bathroom as well as a small kitchenette with fridge.
Sea View Apartment (ground floor) (4 people)
This Apartment can accommodate 4 persons. The apartment offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace with a great view over the sea. There is also a small kitchenette with fridge.
Mini Villa - Kas Chiki (2+2)
Kas Chikitu literally means “small house”. This accommodation at Sirena Bay is perfectly suited for 2 persons + 2 kids. It offers a double bed and a small loft bed perfect for kids, a bathroom with outdoor shower and a fridge. There is a nice private patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning with an amazing view of the sea. This small villa is situated next to the main house, at the pool side.
Awa Suite (2 people)
Awa means “water” in the local language. This suite features a double queen size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. It is a very unique accommodation on Sirena Bay in that this historic building was used to store rain water in the 18th century. You will enjoy viewing the original, ancient walls built of coral stone.
Weddings
Sirena Bay Estate is the most romantic place to celebrate your special day together with family and friends. A ceremony on our private beach, a reception on the terrace by the swimming pool and a toast while you watch the sun set magnificently into the sea make this a perfect day! Invite up to 18 guests to stay with you on the Estate, and experience these joyous days in the wonderful presence of your cherished friends and family. Sirena Bay Estate is perfectly located near several other lovely overnight accommodations within short walking distances in the case that additional wedding guests need a place to stay. Our wedding assistant can help you with all the details.
When you reserve Sirena Bay Estate as your wedding location, one of our team member becomes your personal wedding contact to guide you. We have had the pleasure of hosting many beautiful weddings and offer you the best local contacts regarding catering, decorations, photographers and musicians. Your contact person will be there for you before you arrive, during the planning, while setting up and during your wedding day to make sure everything is perfect.
Please note our conditions;
Minimum stay is 3 nights
Base Rates apply to the Main House and first 4 guests. Additional guests are accommodated in your choice of the other buildings on the estate at a rate of $50 per person, per night.
A 7% local tax is added.
50% deposit is required upon reservation and are not confirmed until funds are received. The second final payment is required 6 weeks before arrival. We offer a 5% discount for fully prepaid reservations.
After confirmation of booking, you will receive the rental agreement.
Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of $500 will be held.
Cancellation policy;
95% refund when the reservation is cancelled more than 120 days before arrival.

Breathtaking views and personalized Service
This resort was an awesome place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. We had a group of 16 — and rented the whole resort. We each had our own room, villa or apartment — so that each couple could have a private bath. Sam and Peter were the most helpful and offered very personalized service. I was in touch with Sam months ahead of time to arrange for our diving and several nights for private chefs to come to the resort. Their recommendations and network of service providers on the island was most helpful. The resort was beautiful with lots of history and in a very convenient area — close to restaurants, the downtown area, several dive sites,, grocery stores. We had a group with some different interests, some of us were divers, others enjoyed snorkeling and the beach and some just wanted to relax. There was something for everyone. Peter was there every night to assist the chefs with dinner and even moved all the outdoor dining to accommodate our group. I think my husband summed it up when he said — it was his best birthday EVER!! Quite the compliment.

Beautiful house with the BEST staff
We stayed with a group of 6 friends on the property for 5 nights. Madelinde, Otis, and Julia greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour so we could pick from 9 bedrooms. They were all great. The infinite pool and ability to snorkel right off the back of the house was amazing. However, the best part of the trip was the magnificent staff. They made us feel so welcome and stated that they were there to help ensure we had great memories of Curacao. Madelinde scheduled our day excursions, reservations at restaurants, massages, taxis, etc. Otis did our grocery shopping and made sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. We were treated like royalty! Chef Ray cooked us a private dinner 2 nights and it was some of the best food we have ever had. I definitely recommend this property! :)
