For the two bedroom option you will obtain the main house and the attached separate sleeping quarters will be locked off. For the 3 bedroom option then the remaining unused bedroom will be locked off.
 
Master bedroom (main house) – king size bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
 
Guest bedroom two (main house) – two single beds, air conditioning and dedicated bathroom.
 
Guest bedroom three, (separate quarters) – two single beds or placed together to make one king size bed, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom.
 
Guest bedroom four, (separate quarters) – two single beds or placed together to make one King size bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
 
The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast table for four. It comes complete with an oven / stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and more. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room where there are doors that lead you though to the outside dining verandah and swimming pool and sun deck
 
Villa Ten to Three is situated on a fully fenced property. You have your own private parking area and a private pool with deck complete with outside furniture to sit and relax and soak up the glorious sunshine. With amazing views and a cooling breeze, the perfectly located Ten To Three is ideal for a vacation rental.

Ten To Three has a no toddler between the ages of 1-4 policy due to safety concerns, the minimum rental is 5 days.
