Merlin House is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom villa with 2 en suite bathrooms. The main living room flows naturally onto the covered balcony through 2 large screened patio doorways. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or catering for a dinner party.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and are configured as a king in the master and the second bedroom can be either twins or a king.
The covered balcony stretches around 2 sides of the villa, both of which have great sea views. The pool deck is built out to allow full enjoyment of the trade winds and the view down along nearby Pigeon Beach
With free WIFI throughout, Merlin is the perfect vacation destination.
The apartment is located on the same property but in a different building. It is comprised of a large studio living room/bedroom with a huge kingsize bed and a sleeping sofa, capable of accommodating 4 extra guests. Ideally a family. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. With superb views over Falmouth Harbour Marina, the apartment is the ideal addition.
