Nestling high and central on the rim of the 20 acre Galleon Beach Club, Lime Hill commands a spectacular view over Freemans Bay and historic Nelson's Dockyard. Completed in 2002, this quality two storey Colonial style villa is furnished in traditional Caribbean style, with each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms enjoying a truly breathtaking view.
The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer/ice maker and water purifier leads into the spacious lounge/dining room, which features large glass sliding patio doors on opposite sides to keep the whole room cool without needing a/c , assisted by paddle fans, enabling tropical outdoor/indoor living. The rear patio doors open onto the furnished walled stonework terrace giving privacy and seclusion.
The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, chairs and dining furniture for eight and the whole property is surrounded by tropical gardens.

Three minutes stroll down the hill takes you to the beautiful white sand beach, lapped by calm clear water.
Whilst a hire car is not essential, it is recommended as there are so many interesting things to see and do on the Island.
Antigua roads are not of the best, and the Lime Hill drive quite steep and slippery when wet, so a 4x4 may be worth considering. If you rent a car from TIti, he will collect and return you from and to the airport free of charge.
Lime Hill costs from £535 to £640 per night, depending on season, that is from just £68 (about US $100) per person.
Galleon Beach has 24 hour security.

My favourite Villa
Lime Hill is a superb property in a wonderful location, the views over Freeman Bay are some of the best in Antigua, the passage of yachts great and small making their way into English Harbour provide a tableaux throughout the day, best viewed from the spacious gazebo with a glass or two in your hand. This was our second holiday at Lime Hill and I would not hesitate to recommend it, it really is wonderful. Colin provides superb customer service and the descriptions of the property and surroundings whilst accurate don't do justice to the feeling of being at home whenever I am there.
