Very private with easy river access. 3 Kayaks and 2 person Canoe available for use.

Exceptional stay
A beautiful place. If you love the outdoors, history and the relaxing tranquility of nature, this is a great place to be. The owners are super attentive, very nice people and sincerely want you to enjoy your visit. The River House doesn’t feel like a rental, it feels like home! We enjoyed the kayaks and canoe provided there. They even have river shoes, all sizes, if you need to use them! They definitely went over

Awesome home
Susie and Brian were wonderful hosts and the house was beautiful and very clean. great locations, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Susie would always ask me if we need anything else. River is beautiful, kayaks, firepit, grill and screened deck was wonderful. The appliances are brand new and coffee machine was great with a big variety of coffee. Thanks for everything

AMAZING
This is an amazing find!! Loved every minute we were there and can’t wait to return!! Found at the end of a long gravel driveway is a cottage that sits on the river. We were greeted by the sounds of nature and felt completely relaxed as we unpacked the car. As unassuming and adorable as the house looks from the outside- the genius is in the details. There was absolutely everything we needed situated in an open floor plan that was perfect for reconnecting with our family!! Kitchen was fully equipped with state of the art appliances and smart placement for all it held. The bedrooms were large- beds and linens top notch!! The windows made you feel like you were actually a part of nature!! The screened in porch- was my favorite feature that allowed us to enjoy all 4 season we encounted in our 3 day stay! But all of that said- the best part of this experience was the thoughtfulness and kindness of our hosts- they truly thought of everything- and were gracious and kind. And were available is needed- were close by- and happy to share their knowledge of the area! We arrived to a chilled bottle of wine and a thoughtfully put together notebook with instructions as well as ideas for our stay! Looking forward to seeing them again on our next stay in Lexington....
