Beams and corbels and vigas are prevalent throughout, as well as multiple sky lights for natural lighting. The 17 x 18 master suite features a kiva fireplace and tempurpedic king size bed. The luxurious master bath has a jet tub and walk- in shower. An extremely spacious patio includes an outdoor kitchen, a water fountain, and a spiral staircase access to the viewing and observation deck. This is truly a gem in the desert and a pleasure to see.

The Lion's Den is a beautiful house in a beautiful location!
My family and I were more than impressed with the Lion's Den. The house is beautifully decorated and is so spacious. We had a family reunion and 26 of us were able to enjoy a breakfast/brunch comfortably. Amy was great. She kept me informed about everything and was so nice to work with. We can't thank you enough for sharing this home with us!

Wow!
This property exceeded my expectations! My family and I had such a great time staying here. The kitchen was stunning, open, and perfect for hanging out around the food (something we like to do). The warming drawer came in handy as well. I have serious kitchen envy. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I let my parents have the master bedroom, which was insane! Big, and so nice! I took what I dubbed the "princess" room, nice light colors and cool nightstand. My brother took the leopard room. The theatre room was awesome. The chairs stretched out like the new movie theatres, had room for your drinks and even keeps it cool. I hit up the Redbox just for the purpose of getting movies so that we could use the theatre room. Amy was even kind enough to help me get one of the movies back after we mistakenly did a switcheroo with one of her movies. She was so kind and accommodating the entire trip. I am from New Mexico, and do not go back often, but if I do I will rent this home again. Perfect southwest charm with all the amenities and luxuries you could think of. Thanks Amy for making our trip home memorable!

Wow, everything was perfect. I wish I could offer some constructive criticism somewhere but it all was so wonderful. From the location, to the huge kitchen, to the very comfortable and well appointed rooms, to the new furniture, to the tasteful decor and the most gracious, helpful host I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a guest, it all exceeded my expectations. The Property was absolutely stunning and breathtaking
OMG! Where do I start! I can't think of any place or property that comes close to the Lions Den. From the owners to the property and location, it was the best experience one could ask for. The owners of the property put much thought and consideration to all entering their property . I pray that others renting this property would treat it better than they would their own because the Lion's Den has it all and deserves responsible renters. What a beauty!
Amy is a very gracious host. The house was beautiful with a beautiful view of the Oregon mountain range. The house is spacious, luxurious and you will want for nothing. The living room with its high ceiling and fireplace is a beautiful place to gather and relax. The bedrooms are beautifully maintained, the bathrooms spacious, and a movie room to boot! Lots of kitchen supplies left so that you have whatever you need. The best part of my stay was a road runner that camped at self on the light fixture outside the front door. Every evening he would come and rest on the lamp and I would turn on the light to keep him warm through the night. Another favorite was the beautiful fireplace outside on the porch in the back. You could sit and gaze upon the mountain range with a fire at your feet. Thank you so much Amy for such warm hospitality, a great place for singles, couples and large groups.

Perfect for Family NMSU Graduation
We had a great stay at the Lion’s Den. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect as a home base for our graduation weekend. The view from the patio was very scenic, and it was a short drive up to the hiking trails. I can’t think of staying anywhere else in Las Cruces. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home. MM
