High speed internet, cable television, Bose Home Theater and a video library add to the many other 5 star appointments of this unit.

Amenities at BeachPlace include a large olympic sized heated pool (boasted as the largest on Longboat Key), a 10 person whirlpool spa, a clubhouse with a fitness center, function room with large screen TV and a printer, wireless internet, 4 tennis courts and of course miles of white sand beach. A limited number of beach chairs, umbrellas and lounges are provided and maintained by the community. If you would like some hustle and bustle, the infamous St Armand's Circle with its numerous shops and restaurants is just a five-minute drive.

During the winter season, the community organizes a movie night once a week, a welcome party and social, monthly pot luck dinners, a weekly book club, a golf outing and other activities. Never a dull moment.

Perfect Vacation Condo/ Delightful Owners

This beautifully renovated condo provided our family of five with the perfect vacation experience we have come to love and expect from our past trips to Beachplace. It was by far the best stay for us as the condo’s owners spared no effort or expense enhancing its nicely appointed, spacious layout with luxurious travertine flooring, new furniture designed for comfort in earth tones (grey, blue and sand) - the colors of the Gulf and the beach, top of the line amenities such as the oven with glass top burners, large washer and dryer unit, etc, not forgetting the Ikea dishes and full set of non-stick pots and pans which made cooking and eating a pleasure. In short, nothing is lacking to meet everyone’s needs and tastes. We also loved the condo’s ideal location offering easy access to the beach, swimming pool and grilling area, the five minute drive to Publix, CVS and to other shopping centers on Longboat and, of course, the short trip into Sarasota and Bradenton to see the sights. Without any reservation whatsoever, we highly recommend this condo as your “home away from home” for your next vacation in Longboat Key.

Perfect condo and complex

This condo was 100% renovated in the past few months. Everything is new, comfortable, and attractive. The unit is even bigger than it appears in the photos, and everything is as pictured. You will enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony overlooking the water. Beachplace is an excellent property with a beautiful beach, and extra large swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is a clubhouse and small but adequate gym. The location is great on the south end of Longboat Key, with quick and easy access to the shops and restaurants of St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota. I would rent this unit again in a minute.
