Spacious, luxurious and a touch above. Condo Blossom at Palmas Reales 1C is located on the North side of Cozumel, across from the golf course and 2 miles from town where you can find the best restaurants and shopping and It is one of the largest 3 bedroom condos on the island with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean with 3 spacious bedrooms all with their own private large bathrooms. The condo is located perfectly.
The Condo is one flight up, which means that you can take the elevator or go down the stairs to the beautiful crystal clear water of the Caribbean or the large infinity heated pool. The view from the balcony is unobstructed brilliant blue water of the Caribbean. Coffee and breakfast, in the morning on the lounge chairs in the balcony is a treat. You can watch the cruise ships arrive in the mornings and leave late afternoons, while you are watching the sunset.
The Condo is upscale waterfront furnished beautifully throughout with a full service open kitchen. It is centrally air- conditioned.
The building itself Palmas Reales is one of Cozumel’s premier properties and is very private with security 24 hours. The crystal blue water in front is superb for snorkeling, swimming , with an easy access. It is located on the North side and is very quiet, peaceful and private. There is also a natural beautiful sandy beach about 1/2 a mile from the Condo. But you will spend most of your time at the condo front.
The common area has an infinity pool overlooking the ocean that will leave you breathless. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off diving and snorkel gear, as well as a ladder that will take you down to the ocean easily to snorkel or swim.
What is also special is the new pedestrian/bike pathway that leads into town along the North end of Cozumel, where you can jog, ride a bike or just take a pleasant walk along the ocean.
The living room has a huge 8 seat wrap around couch
as you face west, towards the sea, all you can see is sea. There is no wall! The entire west facing side is all glass. You cannot get more sea view than that!
This is a very quiet building. There are only 3 or 4 condos for rent, and the rest of the condos are occupied by owners, many of who do not even live in Cozumel. This means the beach and pool areas are very quiet. Local town people do not have access to these areas.
The master bedroom has a spectacular view. It has windows that spread from one side of the room to the other, facing the sea. There is also a private access to the terrace, so you do not have to walk back into the living room
There is free high speed internet connection. Please bring your own laptop. Also local line, safe, use of washer and drier and of course cable TV. Daily maid service is included. A fabulous luxury unit that will make your stay in paradise delightfully comfortable.

Beautiful condo in a quieter area on Cozumel. The owner and property manager were very attentive.
Beautiful views from the condo living room and master bedroom. Great for families and couples. Quiet condo complex, clean pool, access to snorkeling. We rented a car but taxis are always available. We had daily maid service which was a very nice amenity. We had a wonderful week here diving, fishing, going to the beach.

Breathtaking condo
Our stay was amazing. The condo was just as pictured- spacious, clean and comfortable for our group of five. Views of the ocean were stunning and we enjoyed the pool as well snorkeling at the property. The north end location is convenient to town, restaurants, beaches and dive shops that make Cozumel a great place to visit.

Beautiful condo, breath taking views!
My family and I had a great time in the condo! We had changed our mind on our original dates and Ronen was more than accommodating to help us. We were able to snorkel right outside of the condo and just couldn’t not get over how nice everything was. Many times the pics are better than the actual place but that was not the case here. Thanks again!

Lovely Spot
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was nicely kitted out with staples, there is daily maid service (the maid was delightful), there is easy access to the ocean, pool, and parking, and close to downtown. No complaints at all. Pleasant neighbours, friendly security guy at the front, and the property manager was attentive and helpful. You can snorkel right off the front, but best to be a strong swimmer or wear a life jacket due to the current. Snorkelling is calmer and much better down the southern end, particularly at Punta Sur, where there is a stunning reef. Car rental is cheap and well worth it if you want to get out and explore.

Exactly what we needed..
This was the very first time we did VRBO, and thought let’s give it a shot. I loved not having to “check in”. Fulvio came up to the room and chatted for a bit, getting us acquainted with the island. Loved having him around as a resource On what to do. The condo is very well kept up, the views are amazing!! It was amazing to see the ocean in my backyard for a week! The housekeeper again was phenomenal, she was so sweet and friendly!! Security guards were great and greeted you every time you walked by. I would definitely stay here again.. without hesitation, If your on the fence about where to stay? Just pull the trigger in this one, you won’t be disappointed.

It has it all
The condo is brilliant in every aspect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen , living room,and balcony is the perfect meeting place for everyone. Not too far from town , and activities. Snorkeling is great right out front. Pool area is excellent. The cleaners do an excellent job. Absolutely no complaints from us. Watch out for the TAXI drivers, they will over charge you. From here to town is US $4 one way. Some try to charge much more US$9. Overall it has been perfect and I will be back.

BREATHTAKING & EXTRA LARGE PLUSH CONDO
No words can describe this condo! It was huge, photos dont do it justice!!! The balcony, main bedroom, living room and kitchen all ocean front with stunning views. It was immaculate and property grounds were pristine!! The ocean front pool and jacuzzi were to die for!!

Great Time in Cozumel
