Sea worshipers delight whether inside or out, at Eden you enjoy your very own private deck that is 10 steps from the pool and is literally perched above the Sea. Walk a few easy steps right into the the Caribbean Sea that is lagoon-like and crystal clear and 4 feet deep upon entry with a sandy bottom. Swim, Snorkel, or just bask in the beauty of the endless horizon. If diving is your pleasure, some of the best diving destinations on the island (probably in the world) as well as Cozumel's most famous reefs are only minutes boat ride away- what is best its that you can be picked up right from the villa! The wooden deck on the water's edge is superb and the access to the water is done in such a way that a 100 year old could access it easily. The perfect amount of privacy is what our guests love most as you will feel like you are the only person in the world yet tucked around civilization. The lush tropical grounds afford this privacy and the enjoyment is amplified by the sounds of the ocean and exotic birds as you swim in the over-sized oceanfront swimming pool.
INSIDE: The beauty of the outside is matched on the inside with elegant lines and an emphasis on light. Massive windows allow the perfect amount of light inside and so you can enjoy the views from the indoors. The floor plan is open and inviting with a contemporary, yet warm design. The large living room features high ceilings, lots of windows and a handsomely crafted stone wall (look closely and you'll see seashells embedded in the stone!). The solarium style ceiling in the dining room makes it feel as if you are dining outside in a tropical garden overlooking the Caribbean. The kitchen large and open and fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Each bedroom is outfitted with a King Sized bed, wonderful linens, and ensuite bathroom so each guest can enjoy the comforts of a master bedroom.
If you are looking for a private retreat to be with friends or family or a romantic getaway setting you will be delighted.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE: A cook and a private boat tour and other services are available upon request. About the oceanfront: Some guests ask about proximity to sandy beaches before arriving- there are several 1 to 5 minute drive away from the villa, or a 4 minute walk. But, almost all of our guests never ask us or go to any of them once they arrive. The combination of the crystal clear water in front of the villa, the one-of-a-kind location with privacy and serenity leaves them saying, why go anywhere else? Truly, one of the best locations and villas in the Riviera Maya.

Beautiful Property with Stunning Snorkeling
We just returned from a fantastic vacation at Villa Eden! We spent a lot of time snorkeling right off the property and hanging out in and by the large pool. Genny and Sandra were really great and made us delicious meals all week long. They even came up with a special dinner for our anniversary! We loved every minute of this trip and will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway for those in need of relaxation
This is our third rental. Our previous two were in France and Italy respectively. We love renting from , because it provides us such a more close knit feeling with the locale and with each other since there are usually 8 of us that travel together. My sister and I are near OCD-level when it comes to cleanliness and this house passed our standards. Even though we travel with our children that are in their late teens and 20 yrs old, I do notice the calibre of all bedrooms. In other words if we were 5 couples renting this house and splitting the cost, I would totally recommend it because each bedroom had a view out to the grounds and ocean, as well as their own bathroom. There was a master that was the biggest, but they were all really on comparable footing. Three were on the second floor and two on the first. If you have a chance when you stay take advantage of Genny's catering services. We were there 5 nights and three nights we opted to have her cater in and they were amazing meals. She also fixed us breakfast for three mornings as well and they too were phenomenal. We also paid a fee for her to stock the fridge that was also a great idea. All money well spent. We were there for Thanksgiving and the climate was mild to warm, but the room units cooled us nicely. We had Jeeps from the second day of our trip on, but if you walk just a few yards down the road from the house there is taxi stand if you need transportation and Genny helped arrange for a pick up our last day to the airport. The best part is the water access and fabulous deck and patio loungers. I was so happy reading on that deck and watching the cruise ships, scuba boats and sea fishing vessels go by, as well as watch the spectacular sunsets. Hope to come back sometime soon.

A Great Family Retreat
Two families shared the home for a week and it was the perfect getaway. Morning coffee overlooking the gulf could not have been more beautiful. I would highly recommend hiring Genny for two meals a day. The food was delicious and it really allowed us to fully enjoy the home. I am already thinking about making a return trip with family in the future.

Perfect for 5 couples for my husbands 50th Birthday!
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the hospitality this past week! The home was amazing! It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Genny and Abril made our stay incredible. The food, their personalities and the way they went above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY meant the world to us. We could not have asked for 2 better people to take care of us this week. Ronan and his staff were very helpful and communicative throughout, from inquiry through checkout. Genny was wonderful, answering any questions we had, and she did an excellent job cleaning, and cooking. Victor was helpful as well, hardening and tidying the pool, as well as helping my daughter find a salve for a rash she developed. The property is gorgeous as listed. There is a great deal of boat traffic during the day, so be careful and attentive if snorkeling or swimming. The only downside to our stay was the sunup to sundown construction going on in the two adjacent properties. Hopefully all will be finished soon. The front of the property was littered heavily from the construction workers not picking up after themselves (trash in the trees and yard). Other than that, everything was perfection. We did not complain to the owner or staff regarding the trash, we weren’t comfortable hanging out in that area with all the work going on anyway, I only noticed it coming and going. We would certainly stay again!

Perfect For Work Retreat ~ Gorgeous views, Very Private
Stayed at Villa Eden for our annual work retreat. Can't say enough great things about the property but the added jewel was Genny. She answered all our questions, gave us great recommendations and her meals were delicious. Victor was also very kind. He even cracked open a fresh coconut for us to enjoy. The dock view is a must see. The water was clear, perfect for snorkeling (but be aware of the boat traffic, at times it can get a little rough around the rocks). We all snorkeled, used the kayaks to explore the Cozumel shore and enjoyed the pool. The rooms were very well insulated. We didn't hear a peep from any other rooms which is sometimes an issue in other rentals. The only gripe is the air conditioner blows right on you while you sleep which ultimately gave me a sore throat. BUT, this would not prevent us from staying here again. We all loved Villa Eden and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home in Cozumel.
