- Villa Del-Sol is located in the country club estates 3 miles from town and is on a beautiful white sandy beach that stretches for miles in both directions.

At Del Sol you will find 4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 and half bathrooms. For larger groups, you can combine Villa Grace next door when available for retreats or larger groups with 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and 150 feet of beachfront.
The seaside patio and pool area extend the entire length of the villa. Oceanfront patio is furnished with cushioned lounge chairs and features a brand new infinity swimming pool.
Del Sol is tucked away on a secluded sandy beach on the beautiful north shore of cozumel, three miles from town. Magnificent beachfront villa that overlooks the ocean and offers stunning views and a beautiful sandy beach that is literally right outside your door, and virtually your own! 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms this two story villa makes for an ideal vacation retreat for families, friends or couples. If you are looking for a private oasis to enjoy with friends or family or a romantic getaway right on the beach, you will be delighted.
Enter the villa onto a huge living and dining room with endless view of the sea and through sliding doors walk right onto a sprawling patio and your beachfront is just a few steps away with luxury lounge chairs on the white sandy beach. Relax under the palapa, feel the ocean breeze and enjoy the sound of the sea or simply bask in the warm caribbean sun. The sandy beach outside your door stretches for a long way in both directions, perfect for a morning stroll or gorgeous sunset walk.
The home is well appointed for large group meals in the dining room, as well as more informal meals on the patio lounge areas. All with the backdrop of the ocean view to set the perfect ambience.
The beach is mostly empty, so you feel very private at villa del sol but yet you are only 3 miles from town. It is the perfect combination of privacy with very close proximity to the restaurants and shopping Cozumel offers.
The location of the villa is unbeatable and the spaciousness, luxury and attention to details in every room will make you certain that you feel right away relaxed and ready to leave your stress behind.
Many owners use big words to describe their homes, I assure you, that we spare nothing to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. We are a touch above in cozumel. We have two other properties in cozumel that are cared for in the same way. Our staff and manager will great you and make sure you are taking care of in the most gracious way.

House was fantastic
We had a wonderful time at Villa del Sol! 2 families of 5 with teenage children shared the house. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable, maid service was terrific. Tv's with lots of channels for evening entertainment. Washer/dryer was great. The house really was perfect for us. Looks just like the pictures. Only about 10 minutes from the airport, but never heard a plane from the house. Lots of activity on the beach- kite surfing, boating, etc. Pool isn't in the sun, so the water was on the colder side but the kids still enjoyed it. Safe, lovely, island and people. Edgar and Lily made delicious food for us during our stay and Sandra and Fulvio answered all of our questions quickly and were very helpful. We went out to eat one night in town and also went surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Our only criticism was not the fault of the house. The beach had lots of seaweed and so we weren't in the water as much as we would have liked as it wasn't a pretty blue color. The seaweed also made it hard/not as pretty to walk on the beach, although the last day it was better and the waters started to change color. We may have just been there during a strange week for the ocean. Fantastic vacation and experience renting this house could not have been more smooth- thank you!!

Amazing beachfront villa
I just returned from an incredible four night stay at Villa del Sol. There were 9 of us and we all felt completely pampered and spoiled. Daily cleaning service of the villa is provided plus cleaning of the pool, patio and beachfront. We opted for the chef services and were thrilled! A group of 9 picky eaters were served deliciously prepared meals twice a day, and all the shopping, cooking and cleaning was done by Eddy and Nancy--we were so sad to say goodbye, they truly made our stay special. We spent most of our time at the villa and on the beach. All of the beaches are public but the villa is at the end of a road and there weren't too many people walking by...it felt pretty private. We did walk down the beach toward the hotels to do some snorkeling where the water is clearer. After exploring some of the hotel bars and beaches, we all decided the villa was absolutely the best decision. The price is very reasonable for a luxurious experience. Many of us were discussing our hopes to return. Thank you Ronen, Sandra, and Fulvio for your communication and flexibility!

We were a family of 7 with plenty of room. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home was clean, cozy and cool. The beds were comfortable. The view and privacy priceless. Managers and staff were kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Quick and fabulous getaway
We had a brief stay at Villa del Sol and the stay was amazing. The home was just as nice as it looked in the pictures. We did the food service from Sandra's kitchen (highly recommend) which made our stay that much better.

Amazing family trip
This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals I have had. The house is absolutely gorgeous just like the pictures. Extremely clean and all interactions with property manager and staff were great. Had a few small issues when we arrived but all were addressed immediately. We are planning another trip to Cozumel next year and would definitely stay here with our family of 8 again! If you are going to Cozumel for scuba diving use Scuba Mau! He’s he best outfitter on the island, I have been diving with him for years and they are like family now.

Amazing!
We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The house, pool and beach were exactly as pictured and described. The house is located on the north end of the island in a secluded subdivision that is about a 10 minute cab ride to town. Although we rented a car, we did call cabs when we went to dinner or went out. There is a binder in the house with cab numbers, and we never had a problem when we called for one. Fulvio was very help and accommodating when I contacted him about a package we had arriving or the need for early check in as our party arrived at different times. The house itself had everything we needed, and was kept spotless daily. The beach was pristine, and the water beautiful. There were a few patches of sea grass growing, but very little. We did have 2 days when the water had seaweed when the winds shifted, but that is beyond anyone’s control. If I could give this house more stars I would. We will definitely be back!
